I have recently started a M vinyl binge.  Anybody else here, new to vinyl?  When the vinyls arrive, they are so gorgeous and I fall head over heals all over again with the Queen Mother.  I am addicted.  In the 90's, I purchased a lot of 12" singles.  I wish yhat I still had them. Haha. Forward 30 years and.... So far, I have recently purchased...

The Immaculate Collection 

Bedtime Stories (right side up, not the proper upside down cover- haven't found that yet)

Music (with American Pie)

American Life

Confession on a Dancefloor

Rebel Heart

I am missing a few and am hoping that rereleases will be less expensive than the ones being held hostage on eBay and discogs.  I am hoping for earlier releases of LAP, Erotica and Ray of Light.  I picked up a few of them in Iceland.  That was fun.  

 

I never thought that I would buy vinyl records, but here I am.  I am still pissed that the collectible MDNA cover sold out in three damn minutes.   Haha. 

 

Digital will never replace the excitement of holding that giant vinyl record.  I love this woman and all that she has given me through the years.

I started collecting Single Vinyls in the late 90's when I got a turntable and tried to DJ.  TRIED! And I recently got sucked into the Album Reissues on color vinyls even though I don't have space or a turntable to play them. So they're basically in a box or hanging on the wall like ART. I actually have a hard time remembering what I have Cuz as soon as I unbox them they're being stored away. ?

And this is how it starts, welcome to addiction. I just wish I had a wall big enough to hang the entire collection like a record store.

Go to the store, click on the item.....you can add your email address for when they do another print....and apparently they are as someone contacted the store.

Yes! Well technically not new because as a teenager I bought my Madonna music on vinyl, because that is how it was done back then. I had all the albums onto vinyl up to TIC, then I switched to CD. Spent the last few years completing my collection. Geez it is expensive..... Can't wait for the deluxe reissues!

WOW! It's like your own personal Record Runner store. Amazing.

Also the 2 Mariah vinyls I spy are amazing too. I still have that Honey vinyl. It was the only way to get THAT Morales Club DUB. Whew! A moment.

i found the gambler 7" today. well monday. see i put things back and go back each day and just buy 20$ at a time so i don't feel exorbitant. i actually bought it today. my record store also has the playboy for sale for 25$ i may buy it but i shop there all the time

and i feel weird asking for straight porn at a record store

Totally addict to the vinyls. I've been buying them since the 80s. In recent years, I've completed the pieces that I couldn't buy at the time, such as the Japanese editions or specials editions. My latest acquisition is Gambler 7 poster fold. I hope find the Borderline 7 poster fold in good condition too. I'm more in the 80's period

It doesn't exist. The vinyl was only published with the original cover. The cassette and the CD have two versions

Thank god, I could do without feeling the need to buy it again. Although I do prefer the upside down cover... maybe she'll do a limited edition upside down sleeve to celebrate it's anniversary lol
