Madonna UK store update 6lp box set

Emily (how funny, isn't it?) has finally answered to my mail upologizing for the delay. But no update at all. So thank you: I do hope they are expecting the stock for real.

it happens every time . Same with Kylies site which is just as bad or worse.  We preorder the day of release and others get their copies from other sites or stores before we do.  They need to plan it so the item is sent in advance. but that is a pipedream.  We are suckers and they know it and will continue to just do things the way they do.  Afterall, they know we will still spend our money on her site

Her uk store is absolutely useless and don’t seem like they can handle the whole situation. It was exactly the same commotion with madame X with them never updating I got my orders finally sorted about three months later after releases!

My USA store order has not moved in over two weeks and no response to emails sent to the us store.


Have just chatted to them via online chat they are absolutely cluesless and seem to be posting generic responses and not even looking at order issues, now blaming everything on Royal Mail strikes, just how is it their fault when they have not yet even dispatched it! Everything was ordered straight after announcement, they ended chat without replying!

As soon as there's something to blame they're all over it. Pandemic, brexit now the RM strikes. The last strike was the 31st and the next is the 8th so it's a poor excuse. I've had other stuff delivered in the meantime with no delays at all.

Exactly her attitude was appalling she said she nothing will be done until I wait 3 weeks they’ve posted it and it now lies with RM. The tracking was 48 hours not 3 flipping weeks

This afternoon I chatted with some poor Amy from BSI merch and she offered to me the same, lame escuses: RM fault due to various strikes, wait for our response in 7 days from now and bla bla bla. How unprofessional and unfair...

Is anyones status still stuck as ‘sender dispatching item’?

Mine has not moved since 01.09.22.

Not sure they can explain it away with the post strikes, I’ve received  orders and delivered next day so doesn’t seem to be an issue in my area, the post strike scheduled for today was also cancelled.

Mine and my friend’s both are, which is worrying, but also glad there’s more of us in the same situation, otherwise I’d really be panicking if it was just me!  Definitely not strikes, it’s like the store haven’t even given the boxes to Royal Mail.  One of my friend’s was in the same boat until Tuesday, when their tracking updated and they received it on Wednesday - so I’m hoping they’re just being super slow.
