  If I were you, I would have your credit card cancel the payments.  You shouldn't be paying for something that you didn't ask for and yes, they should somehow compensate you for what came damaged.  If they aren't responding, cancelling your payment will surely get their attention.

So, what are the plans from Rhino and M to offer a CD version of this, esp with CD players making a ressurgence many thanks to these undefective Chinese devices?
