Regarding sales of some of her 80s singles, it seems like MJD reworked some of his US estimates. For instance, I clearly remember him putting "Material Girl" at 1,2 million copies (only physical) in the US. Which would lead at least to a 2 million worldwide total, instead the 1,6 million he has now estimated.
