It was mostly Truth or Dare but people assumed that those were lost too. Even Alek. We know they did not film the entire show for the documentary but at least this means that the Like a Prayer and Hanky Panky performances aren't lost. 
There's also this rumour that one of the Japan shows (not the Yokohama we already have) was shot on film but not used in the film. I don't buy that one lol. 
I sound like a broken record with all these rumour talk.

i wish she would release some gems but idk something tells me its almost impossible.. we would be lucky if the original reels for her videos are in some warehouse forgotten collecting dust but i can see them getting rid of them 

I know she used to be very anti looking back, but since 2015 she's been referencing and acknowledging her past WAY more than she used to. The LAP 30th Digital thingy was a start. There's always been rumors that she's just waiting to own everything herself so she doesn't have to deal with Warner! 
And for the beta tapes, I'm not really sure! I read that they have the original sources of most of her videography, they were planning to rescan everything for Celebration but budget fell through. She has the BAT reels, it was on her Instagram story on 2016! Can't find any screenshots though.

Didn't they just digitize the beta tapes? We won't get the best remasters from that. 
and what about the bat reels? she has them? 

I hope they did! According to some people they tracked everything from the 80s and 90s right after she released Music when they were digitizing her catalog and were planning the Box Set, but who knows? There were rumors that the BAT reels were burnt or lost on a farm but now we know she has them!
