I've changed my mind about the ending after watching this.  We all judged it on the basis of a distanced insta live with people singing over it. Makes total sense to me seeing all the madonnas dance together and interact.  The attitude fits - yeah I did all these amazing things in my career but I'm still that girl.  Bitch.  I'm Madonna! ❤️
(I just hope we all get to see it in full!)

This woman has put in the WORK to give her fans (and the world) her life story, iconography, and legacy, live on stage...in what appears to already be one of her best tours...after chronic pain and a hip replacement...at 65...and nearly dying a few months ago (and when in reality she probably should still be home resting). But she shows up and after a 40+ year career continues to give the world the very BEST a popular artist can give (and that's saying a hell of a lot considering the state of the industry today).
I don't give a flying FUCK about the ass. End of story.

FYI I will do a proper video review on my channel when I get back to Oz with lots of footage of the show.
I haven’t even had a chance to sit down and decide which are my favourite performances, there are just too many. But Live to Tell was particularly jaw dropping. Such a beautiful tribute to Martin, Keith and everyone else. It must take so much out of her to perform that every night along with Mother and Father. She really put her heart and soul into this show.

After reading through these last ten pages I am concerned for the mental well-being of our community. 

She gives us probably her most intricate live show ever, full of details and info to discuss, just four months after nearly dying and yet some fans are still obsessed with her ass.
I mean.

Hi all sorry I'm late reporting back after Wednesdays show.  Thought I'd add my thoughts.  
First off the opening is very special NRM is a great opener. 
Bob really does add to the show.  He gets to big her up all the way through (mother of reinvention etc) and acts as a kind of dummy guide through some of the interludes flicking through images on the backdrop etc.  The only time he's surplus is tell me -  Clown cowboy is not needed there. My favourite Bob moment: call centre Dita 😍 
Things that went big in the hall: hung up blew the roof off and ray of light is huge too.  Surprisingly argentina was a HUGE sing along moment which I wasnt expecting! Big singalongs on live to tell and crazy for you (LOTS of 45+ straight women waaay too drunk wearing lace gloves and singing along but good for them 😆)
One big thing I noticed is that the 'bed' scene cockteases papa so much everyone around me thought it was coming and there was some disappointment around me there. Also people didn't really get bedtime story maybe not such a big hit - toilet break for casuals.
Beast within is so so good I'm surprised I enjoyed that section and my bucket list of seeing LAP live is fulfilled. (BTW major tease of Sam Smith another edging for the crowd.  If he ever does come in for a unholy section it would be a boss move!)
Rain was my personal highlight just because its such a gorgeous song and the vocal is great here (as it is everywhere really,  backing track yes but live in the mix too so it sounds great)
Takeaway: she is fucking incredible and looks amazing with so much (controlled) energy I'm blown away.  She also looked so damn happy.  Like she was properly loving it. 
She'll only do this once so get tickets! 🤩🤠🥳

The show was absolutely incredible start to end! The greatest concert I’ve ever attended! I was in complete awe of the incredible work put into this production and in still in a state of shock over how good it was. Fuck.

This tour is blowing my mind. I'll admit I thought that because she was so averse to doing a 'greatest hits' type of show for her entire career, that she might not actually enjoy doing it. I mean we all knew she would bring it from a production standpoint (she always does), but I wondered if she would feel somewhat uninspired actually performing it. Turns out it's exactly the opposite: Madonna hasn't looked this happy on tour since literally 1987. It's like she's discovering her own catalogue and realising, hey that's right I built that shit. There's a joy and sense of peace that she's exuding, she's smiling and having a fucking BLAST with her dancers... and a different type of performing style, less perfectionist machine with something to prove, and more just... confidently the biggest pop star in history and let's have fun with it. FABULOUS to see.
This is a special time to be a Madonna fan and feels like a career renaissance.

I have not seen the show in person yet but I can already tell that the Erotica segment will end up being my favorite.

I personally think she looks the happiest she's been in years? She's hitting the moves, her vocals are on point and she's really energetic during the shows!

So much better she got to say thank yous and goodbye before celebration.

I've had the best night ever, easily the best concert I've been to. I am sad that some songs didn't make the cut but it was still an amazing night I'll never forget.

i think the ending was much better tonight. the celebration-music part serves as an outro (like it is used as an intro before m comes on stage, while bob warms up the crowd). her not singing on it, like she did in the opening night, and just saying thank yous and goodbyes works much better. good show!

Curfew or not, at this point we should accept that this is the full show for now.
