I don't remember if it was also posted on this forum, but she started following some weeks ago the current editor in chief of Interview Magazine, Mel Ottenberg. So the photoshoot she did and teased with Steven Klein before Xmas could very well end being for the next issue of that mag, that should be coming in early February and get more details about the new album and other projects she has planned this year.

Wouldn't mind if she sports this kind of look for the new era. It really suits her.

Though, more than not, especially on social media she shares images of herself where her hair is pulled back in braids.  Anyway, at the risk of you calling me a "pathetic and sensative M Zealot", I do really feel any post you make in the Madonna forums of this community are usually backhanded compliments of Madonna as well as putting fans down for just supporting and defending her.
@Mer Girl never said anything is wrong with "surgery scars", but you are the one who actually brought it up as if Madonna is insecure of such.  But again, she doesn't shy away in sharing some very unflattering images in social media, including images where her hair is pulled back.  If she has such scars she's trying to hide, I'd hardly think she'd be pulling her hair back for the world to see them. Obviously, she isn't really that bothered.
As for you final comment about "M zealots" being "pathetic and "overly sensitive"... go figure... I mean, after all YOU ARE AT A MADONNA FAN FORUM.  So of course, you'll come across fans who will take your comments to task. But I don't feel many are being "sensitive" here, rather they are just seeing how someone like you who goes out of their way to defend the hell out of other female artists in other sections of this forum, but have the audacity to accuse them of being exactly how you react and respond when defending Lady Gaga and other artists.  Smells a bit like a....

I haven't been so excited for her new music in years! 
Even if I love Madame X, she needs something more commercial in her next album. And Stuart is the right choice ... I usually prefer her more "experimental" albums with some kind of statement (AL, Madame X, Erotica), but now it's time to give us some banger, dance album where we can simply enjoy pure pop.
I still believe she can do it. With MDNA she felt highly uninterested in making a new album, with Rebel Heatt she was highly disappointed with songwriting process, and Madame X felt more like her own small project than another big album by Queen of Pop. But she seems to be in a full form now and completely enjoying a recording process with Stuart. I haven't seen her so excited about recording music in yeeeears ...
No, I don't expect another COADF, that would be foolish, or another worldwide hit as Hung Up (practically impossible these days with charts full of TikTok music), but I expect the hell of good dancepop music. I am so ready for 2025!
