I have a tale to tell…
Some of you may know me; others might not. I’ve been part of the Madonna online community for 25 years—sometimes in the background, sometimes more visible. I’m a neurodivergent musician and artist in London, and Madonna has been an inspiration since I first saw her perform "Holiday" on Solid Gold at age five. But it was "Like A Prayer" that captured my attention, and by Ray of Light, I was completely hooked. Beyond the music, it was her style, confidence, resilience, and sheer determination that guided me.
I’m drawn to darker, alternative rock and goth in both my music and style, yet Madonna has been a powerful influence. She’s transcended boundaries, shaping not just my solo work but my band Visual Symphonia, too. So earlier this month, with Whitby Goth Weekend, a new music video, and a Madonna lookalike competition coming up, I felt it was the perfect time to embody her iconic "Frozen" look.
Recreating this look was quite a journey. The Jean Paul Gaultier cloak from the 1998 collection was a particular challenge. I worked with 5 meters of black satin, studying every available photo and video, from the BBC National Lottery show to the Japanese TV performance, to capture its essence. Trying it on, I felt her energy, a surge that gave me chills. Along with the cloak, I crafted a flowing satin skirt, an original blouse like her 1998 Shanti performance attire, a resin pendant, a snap belt, black leggings, and knee pads (a performance essential for me). 
The wig was its own project—three wigs fused with wire and hairspray to hold that iconic shape. For makeup, I strayed from my usual Siouxsie Sioux-inspired look, blending silvers and blues, dark lipstick, and even adding her signature gap-tooth detail. I dusted foundation on my hands to match my skin tone with hers, carefully working around lace gauntlets, and painted henna tattoos by hand. Finally, I added red Kabbalah string, a symbolic touch not seen in the video but one I felt resonated.
Climbing 199 steps to Whitby Abbey in this outfit was intense, but I’m no stranger to impractical attire. The look caught attention, and I even performed on stage at the Abbey! We filmed our music video there, too, capturing echoes of "Frozen," "The Power of Goodbye," "Oh Father," and "Bad Girl."
At the Madonna night in London, the competition was in full swing, mostly ’80s Madonnas. By 11 p.m., I was up on stage, and the audience vote came down to cheers. I won.
Dressing as Madonna, especially in her "Frozen" era, isn’t just about the look—it’s empowering. You embody her boldness, her magnetism, her drive. Now, I’m more than ready to bring my Ray of Light show to life in 2025.

OK @RUADJAI I'm so so so sorry I didn't post this in the fan-made section but I'm SO proud of this lmfaaaooo!
 
As some of you know I've been working on this mix for quite some time. And this holiday season has been so incredibly busy, but I finally finished it. And honestly it would not have been able to be done without the efforts of @Kosmmik and his great mix.  I added a touch of me and what I hear when I listen to the fan recordings. I hope you all enjoy and PLEASE, I welcome any constructive criticism to change/adjust things to make it perfect.

Hi, a few years ago a friend of mine traded some files with me. I mainly got instrumentals from the Like A Prayer Album. I'm only putting it in the Fan made section but, I actually think its an official version as it runs longer than the Albun Version. Does anyone know the Source of where the Like A Prayer Instrumentals could have come from?

Hello all,
So I decided to make an instrumental with all the missing elements from the multitrack, I tried 2 different things : 
1 : Multitrack instrumental adding the Filtered Churchapella instrumental (but it's very centered mixed)
2 : Multitrack instrumental with recreated missing elements (CowBell and congas from the Roland TR-626, shakers, triangles and samples from other versions) to add a litlle more stereo to the mix.
