I'd argue that Pet Shop Boys have a terrific discography, and they've had the luck of having a shitty period mid-career, instead of being on a 15-year-long slog of diminishing returns... Their early singles run is also as good as The Immaculate Collection. I mean, Madame X is a pretty great, fun record, but barely anyone cares at this point. The less said about the voice, the better. Generally, it's like a terrible 1-2 punch of bad music we had to endure, and an unparalleled access to the ugly, boring truth of who Madonna actually is via her unpolished, obnoxious daily updates. 
I mean, this is obviously my personal take, but I just don't see her as this thought-provoking genius as I did before. She had a fantastic 25-year run, from "Everybody" until the end of The Confessions Tour. The rest is just like watching a TV show you loved after they jumped the shark. Capitalism doesn't let you go out while you're on top. Everything has to have a remake, re-invention, artificial extension, until they leave you behind. Sometimes I wonder if we would've gotten MDNA or even Rebel Heart if she didn't have to tour, and that's kind of a cynical worldview. Maybe this pandemic is a blessing in disguise, since she might be able to do music without the external pressure of multi-million earnings for the touring moguls.

I get what the OP is saying, but at the same time I have to admit that I probably wouldn't have purchased any special anniversary/legacy merchandise, anyway. I don't want Madge to turn into Bjork by releasing a 100 versions of the same album or legacy boxsets every couple of months to make a quick buck.

Honestly when I heard that dance demo of Rebel Heart it just gave me life. I thought "omgawd she's back this is going to be amazing". I don't think I've listened to the album version since release. I understand we weren't supposed to hear that version but my god... it's pure Madonna. I want her to revisit that dance version because it's so great!

I don't know if they tweaked the audio on the videos, but for the singles, the audio is the same of the CD releases...

No, they're exactly the same as far as I know. Same mastering as the original releases.
And THANK GOD! It's better to turn up the volume and enjoy the original songs as we knew them than having a bad remastering job like "Celebration".

I just want her to put down the guitar.  Forever.  At first it was cool, and if she persued it the way she does her skin-care line and all the non-musical stuff, she would probably be fairly good by now and be able to actually compose with it and/or use it to record new music.  But as it stands, the three-chord thing is just a kinda silly way for her to "rock out" onstage and to take away what should be a great opportunity to rework her older songs with more interesting arrangements.  I would loooooovvvvvveeeeee to hear a cool new take on something like "Burning Up", but instead she straps on that damn guitar and plays a ridiculously lifeless version of one of her best early tunes.  Don't misunderstand, I love me some guitar rock, and I love primitive, Stooges-type 3 chord stuff, but the novelty of M bashing out her classic songs with that thing on every tour is so over.

It’s the boomer generation. They have PTSD from the Cold War and they’d rather embrace radical capitalism than conservative socialism.
They benefited from the privileges of capitalism that are not available to millennials and gen z. They bought their houses, had their reasonable private healthcare and fattened their 401k. Also, generationally, current social issues are not even in their radar.

Being a Madonna fan is ultimately being in the political arena. She’s been political since day 1 and counting. 

Also this debate goes beyond Republicans/Democrats/Far Left. 
It’s about the worst nightmare of the free world vs decency and basic human rights.
Madonna will always stand up for a better world and Biden winning is a step in that direction, no matter your partisan affiliation.
