3 more workdays to get through before flying out on red eye from DC on Wednesday night…this weekend can’t come soon enough!!! 

I fly out in the morning from Brisbane, Australia - 28 hours later I'll be in London

I've been re-watching her tours in preparation. I'm not a fan of Sticky & Sweet but you really can't deny her energy there, it's incredibly infectious and watchable. Rebel Heart actually is wonderful despite the epilepsy-inducing editing - she just beams there. The only one that leaves me baffled is Re-Invention - I don't get the love for it. Yes, she's signing a lot of hits but that's never been a priority for me. Yes, vocally she's definitely at her peak, but I just don't find it exciting it at all - the costumes, the staging, all a bit flat. Also, what the hell is that Papa Don't Preach choreo about? And yes, I have seen it live. 

These two were my CONSTANT. How lucky I felt to be a sad young gay to come home from school and just dive into these places with people who felt like family. Shout out to the RIT opening night leaks omg that made my big gay life back then.

No one it’s  saying she will open singing the entire Nothing Really Matters song… I think right after the intro video, she will emerge or descend out of nowhere singing just this part:
“When I was very young nothing really mattered to me but making myself happy. I was the only one. Now that I am grown, everything’s changed. I’ll never be the same because of youuuuuuu…..”
Then we will hear the tan tan tan tan, and you can dance, for inspiration. Come on! I am waiting London!!! Get in to the groove lalalalala, and that will turn in to a mash a la Glee style with “Celebration” song. 

Then maybe a medley of Everybody/Holiday/Music. 
 
end of first segment in New York. Then everything turns dark, sad, she performs a small medley of Oh Father/Bad Girl.

Yikes. For me it's her last brilliant single.
 
I'll tell you what I could do without, 'Everybody'. Dreadful lyrics, tuneless, unpleasant vocal delivery, rubbish hook. I just cannot stand the song, never could.

Except they confirmed it's a "singles" tour (not Greatest Hits, as some thought) with 'only a few exceptions' and could provide the actual number (3 tracks) that are a classic, but never performed live, on tour.
It's just funny that whenever a news comes from Drownedmadonna (which is basically almost always the only fansite actually having any exclusive info nowadays), people just minimize and denigrate the content. Yet lately anything they posted was correct, starting from the tour announcement, color scheme of the poster, Madonna and the team not going to London but in a city of UK (hinting about the football history of it as well) for the final rehearsals etc etc. Go figure!

I think at this point she will start to hype for the debut night from the weekend on, maybe right next week, but I don't expect any anticipation or spolier. And if a new track is really on the horizon, it could be presented in the show and released during the debut night.
I'm so excited anyway, I'm dieing to see her overwhelmed by the love of the audience when she'll get the stage after what happened and listen to what she will say about it, during the first show. I honestly think it's gonna be the last huge tour and I'm also emotional thinking to live it.

We're so damn close to this tour, I'm ready to piss myself.  I can't wait for how things will unfold in the coming days.  I'm hoping that all this silence, means she will providing an onslaught of things that will celebrate her career.  The tour is definitely the highlight here, but I'm also looking forward to what else may come out of it.  I'm excited if a new song might come out of this.  I'm excited to see her online stores and venues stalked with a lot of incredible nostalgic products including re-issued music.  I can't wait for the media to be talking about her taking the world by storm again. I can't wait for the haters to continue to hate and bring more attention to her and the fans to dissect everything to death.  The fun is about to begin folks!  "Let's go!!!!!!!"

I think avoid all spoilers. But watch all her tours beforehand to get into the spirit. You can never have too much Madonna.

how do you think this tour will place itself within her touring legacy?
i think she will pull it off. give us a great great show, show respect and love to her own career and the generations of fans following,  she will have bob to tell us stories, her own and 40years+ of pop culture and also have light moments of just enjoying her fucking pop hits non stop.
 

There are enough fans in the audience every tour to give her a desired reaction. In almost every recording I’ve seen, the LDLHA portion in HBC from RHT got a very loud reaction.
She can’t always cater to the GP. It’s not like they genuinely care anyway. She should be catering to the people who have been supporting her all those years.

The rumors are true, Hard Candy 15 and a half anniversary edition is coming, Across The Sky is the lead single and Celebration Tour is the album tour in disguise omg guys we won!
