I suspect the RIO show was some exclusive deal where so was paid out, and then they retain the right to only air it, for so long.  Anyway, I hope something more comes of this because I'd love what Madonna and her team together beyond the doc that they uploaded here.
As for "physical releases", I still have all mine and now I'm backtracking and either replacing old vinyl that didn't fair well after playing it a zillion times when younger or I'm catching up on all the Vinyl I stop buying after 1990. I'm most concentrated on the 12 inch Maxi singles.  In the last two years, I've nearly managed to own all Maxi singles that were released on Vinyl since 1990 up until now. It's a fun little hobby and I love just sitting listening to them all.

Did the text message include a preview of the behind the scenes video that she has posted on YouTube? I think the “full video” comment refers to the full behind the scenes video. Surely it wouldn’t make sense to release the full concert on YouTube? Her Rio show is already on there, unofficially of course, but it’s still on there. I love M, but she gives me brain ache these days. Make it make sense.

You know? My intuition gave me very strange vibes after that current video announcing the special edition or whatever with a new photoshoot. Now, this is strange. Normally artists does not waste money or time on a photoshoot for announcing or promoting a 30 years ago released record. What they usually do is putting all the focus on the old product they are revisting, making a video with all the the past videos and maybe promo of the time, but all vintage. And I prefer it that way.
 
What she did felt she is not hurry to release anything but wanted to show how amazing she looks again. Not release date, nothing concrete. I don´t know, strange. And weeks or months later, nothing is yet announced or released. Whoever is carrying her carreer is not doing a good job. Many new things supposedly coming but nothing concrete and she is irrelevant for the general public again. Oh well..sshe is almost billionaire, who cares.

Soon it'll be December again and we still won't have this... Really, for an EP of old stuff she's taking too long to release it - if only she could put on stream already and then put the physical copies out later, I wouldn't be so bored
