Lol, I could see her saying, “Fine, here you wear this wig and dress and take these heels and go Batuka your way out my theatre.”

I saw it in Philly. My energy and hype went up and down during certain parts. God Control was definitely a thrill, or was just really hyped to finally seeing this woman live. Thought the typing intro was intriguing but too dragged out. Darin Ballet gave me legit chills. Human Nature was a bop and humorous with the shadow hands. I am not personally in favor of abortion but I thought the clever twist in Papa Don’t Preach and updated sound was nice. However she really shouldn’t have had to discuss abortion. The song maybe made it clear and the change in lyrics was jarring on its own without being directly stated. Vogue and IDSIF were great but the spy them should have carried on.  First section didn’t really have a cohesive theme either really. Batuka was breathtaking and I loved the Fado section. Frozen was amazing and the Rescue Me segue was one of the most creative things in the show. Come Alive was visually pleasing, and Crave was a bop. Future was beautiful and presented how it should’ve been on the album. I Rise I nearly missed because people started leaving and I thought the show was over because Crave felt like the end. 
Id give it a 4/5. If it wasn’t M, probably lower. The tour was a chance to showcase who madame x really is and her journey. But that didn’t really happen. Regardless, leaves more to the imagination I suppose. 

My top ten changes minimally, usually those last five away. Like A Prayer in the last year or two has broken into my top ten. God Control and Crave swap back and forth but I love music that I can groove to and God Control does that. And the live performance in Philly sealed the deal for me. La Isla Bonita is usually in my top ten, but God Control kind of pushed it out.

I think how Like a Prayers production was done for Eurovision would be a cool reimagining. If the songs collected are remade, then maybe it’d worth it. But it could messy fast and not all songs need that kind of attention. Girl Gone Wild and Ghosttown could stay the same. Or be tweaked. But they’d have to be fifteenth for them to matter, if that.

No clue? but the tickets weren’t as outrageous as they were elsewhere. I didn’t even check Ticketmaster when I was looking. But they told me the tickets would be digitally available the day of the show and they even updated me the next day with the show time. 

If anything, I'd love it if she crafted a collection of what she thinks it's her best work.
We for sure wouldn't be seeing I'll Remember or This Used to Be My Playground but it'd be interesting to know what remixes she'd include, what era she looks back the most fondly to, etc.
But if there was to be a full collection, I'd love something like Britney Spears' The Singles Collection. They got every single, some remixes and B sides (including the rare ones) and remastered them. Also included every video in a DVD that came with a special edition. This would be a BIG task and it'd be an expensive product, but some people would pay a lot of money to get a full official Madonna anthology.
There would be no use in making a Celebration 2.0 because most of it would be the same compilation, the interesting thing would be to release something that also celebrates all the stuff in between and the stuff that Celebration skipped.

It's pretty obvious to say this about the woman who made Vogue, but damn, the girl can pose.

At least Madonna and her team did something, but it wasn't anything special. Other artists did it better.
 
Does anyone else watch Absolutely Fabulous? Current Madonna reminds me so much of Edina Monsoon. In one old episode, Edina was wearing some thing in her pants that was supposed to shape her ass. 
In one of the latest episodes, Edina tells Bubble, her assistant, to do everything to promote some French singer. Bubble's reply was "Should I just twitter it?". And she did just that. In Madonna's case, her team just made a Spotify list of existing songs.  Even we could have done that. 
 
On a serious note, her team is going in the right direction, but they should try to do something amazing with her legacy (HQ videos on YT, DVD releases of her tours...).

This is one of those albums where the lead single was so good, like Like A Prayer, Like A Virgin, Hung Up. 

I like a lot from this album and yet not many songs standout as repeatable. Human Nature and Bedtime Story are amazing, and I can listen to Human Nature anytime. That video though.

She was probably like, "Gosh I look better than I remember!"

Meh, I hate when she messes with her face, but most do. We don't because we usually counting change when we deciding on buying ice cream we don't technically need (probably because we spent too much money on music/Madonna, lol). If we had money like someone like Madonna, there'd be a lot of stupid stuff we'd spend it on, and looking young as possible would be one of them, let's be honest. It's easy to say no while you still look good. Not so much when the age actually starts catching up.

The most powerful words you could really utter. Really, she's pushing into some uncharted territory. There's Cher... but Believe was it. She hasn't been nearly as prolific as M. Madonna is still pushing it. She's not the Pop Bus driver anymore, but she's more than a backseat commenter. I'm young, but I don't want to side swipe her. She's an inspiration in more ways than one. From fitness to creativity, I've changed a lot of over the years thanks to her. And she won't be doing what she's doing forever...

She owes us nothing. And I'm a paying fan of her product - that is music & tour - for more than 30 years. Seriously how the fuck do her face and body changes affect the music or the tour? Being a paying fan does not entitle us to tell her how to run her business or live her personal life. Just like being a frequent flier of Alaska Airlines does not entitle one to have a say in how the airline should run its business or how it should schedule its flights. And if we do not like the product she's putting out, we have a choice. We can CHOOSE not to buy it. It'd be dumb of us to buy something we don't like and bitch about it. Imagine eating at a restaurant and ordering the things we hate and then bitch abut it! And it says a lot about us if we didn't buy the product and yet we find every chance to bitch about it. If  we're gonna be a Debbie Downer, others are entitled to not let our negativity skew their positive reality.

This soo stupid!  If the Madonna that "shaped you"  and you liked is gone then move on. She doesn't owe anything to anyone and she can do as she please with her body and looks.  People should put themselves in her shoes and realize that for an artist like her ( specially a woman) looks are important. If she were to just let herself go and age "gracefully" she would be criticized for that too.  

I love these little MDNA Skin things. Some of them are funny, lol.

I'd be cool with this kind of sound in her album.. I know it's just a commercial, but still very interesting.
