There are a few that come to mind, specifically it's usually a line and the way she delivers it.
The Power of Goodbye (demo version). The vocals are much softer on the demo and include additional lines. "God give me, the power of goodbye" always hit an emotional core. That feeling you know that something is destructive and you need to turn your back on it...
You'll See (instrumental). Yes, I know it's odd to choose an instrumental version, but this particular one includes a haunting line as a backing vocal; "all by myself, I don't need anyone at all". I would listen to this on repeat when I had first left home as a teenage runaway. I wanted to be that strong.
Oh Father. "I laid down next your boots and I prayed, for your anger to end". Always choked me up, because that was one of the reasons I had to leave home.
Has To Be. "I should be glad that I'm alive, it could've been much worse. I might have never loved at all, and never known what I am worth." This hit really hard when I found myself alone in Berlin. 
Love Tried to Welcome Me. "And my heart has always been a lonely hunter". A reference to Carson Mccullers deep south novel The Heart is a Lonely Hunter, I presume. It's my favourite novel, and the way she sings this line... Achingly beautiful. Wish there was more information/interviews about the songs from this era.
Would just like to add: since my mum passed away, songs like Promise to Try, Mer Girl, Inside of Me, Like a Flower, Never Let You Go really pull on the heart in a way there never did before.

She might not can avoid LAP or Vogue but surely something like how Vogue was inserted briefly into Holy Water on Rebel Heart would be cool. Lessens the presence but keeps it on the set list. 
 
Here are my top ones I wouldn’t care if they took a break the next tour:
La Isla Bonita, Burning Up, Human Nature
Everything else has mostly been rotating in and out every other tour or once a decade. I figure we are due to the following:
Express Yourself, Papa Don’t Preach, Deeper and Deeper

The thing is, hearing her sing just that little bit of Let Your Light Shine at the Rio concert out of no where was such a reminder of what a hypnotic voice she has. She wasn’t trying and she just sang in whatever key landed easily. But you’re right, if she couldn’t vocally shine in a theatre setting, then this would just highlight even more. But she could still pull off a few well rehearsed songs in a key still conducive and her being relaxed.

Finally back from Tampa. Had to accommodate the boyfriend by going to his horror convention since he came to Madonna with me. Both were awesome no complaints. I missed the Tampa discussion. Was anyone else here that went to that one? The vocals were a struggle but she flexed her bicep at one point and I was like “damn, that’s impressive Madame”.  

Hmm. Maybe she’s sick. Her voice seemed to take a turn after LA. And her agitation is high. Perhaps she’s worn out from rehearsal, I’d imagine she’s preparing for Rio. I hope she doesn’t cancel Mexican dates though. We’ll never hear the end of it from the fans lmfao.

I’m having a hard time telling the speed different unfortunately. But I love the fullness found on Celebration. If it is slower, maybe I like the difference in tone it gives, a darker.
