Maybe she could wait until the Michael movie comes out. If that one works, there will be interest in making other bio films and hers could be an interesting choice for studios. If not, she can consider making her life into a series.

The sad reason why nobody wants to fund this movie is that she's alive. They probably think people will not be interested in it as long as she's here. When it comes to biopics, almost all of them have a tragic ending. I'm sure the MJ movie wouldn't attract so many viewers if he was still alive. 
Also they don't want her involved so they can do the movie how they want, irregardless if its true or not.

It's not extremely high, but it's also too big for a film that isn't attached to a huge franchise. If she wants that budget, she needs to assemble her own Avengers team of high profile producers, writers and cast.

sure, it would be challenging to properly develop all the side characters and make the story flow without seeming that the series is just rushing through the decades, but that's why she needs experienced and talented writers and directors. If nobody ends up being hired, then the whole project just wasn't meant to be. But the huge potential is there, and it could be amazing in the series format. Now it depends on Madonna, how flexible she will be. If she thinks that she knows writing and directing better than everyone, then screw it.

Also… asking fans to chime in is a big red flag. What Madonna project has been successfully guided by the opinions of fans?
Of course Madonna fans want a 5 series show like The Crown. THEY would watch it. But the GP probably wouldn’t.

Idk the consensus of what I've seen online is that people want a multi-season show, even asking for something in the likes of The Crown. 💀
