I don't think this was shared before. In 2018 Vincent Paterson released his autobiography, and it features many pages about Madonna. One chapter offers a detailed description of their collaboration between the Pepsi ad (which I didn't know was is) and the Oscar 1991 performance, another one is about Evita.
Unfortunately, I only have the French edition in pdf to share, called "Icones and instincts". But the French members will appreciate, I hope, and other will use Google Translate maybe (you can copy and paste easily, the result is good).
After reading, I think VP is one of those who created the Madonna we all love. Before working with him, she basically used some more improvised movements, while for the Express Yourself video he created that incredibile style that makes choreography so theatrical, that shapes a persona. He was the one who suggested to end end the show with Vogue and to use Keep it together as the final number. He says that Like a virgin was originally conceived as a rock number, until he gave Madonna the Ofra Haza record and they turned it into the scene that still strikes us. He is the one who had the idea of the Marie Antoinette costumes!
The Evita chapter is very interesting, too. It tells about the difficult relationship with Alan Parker, the finding of Mr. Jabon, the need to integrate tango into the Andrew Lloyd Webber score (in fact, in the score revision for the late West End production ALW added more tango), Antonio Banderas bad ideas regarding the Waltz...

Of all of them.. did we ever think it would be Madonna who’s legacy was so abandoned? The way her content used to handled back in the day and now this? Honestly it’s baffling to me. 
A consistent pioneer of new formats and now... pfft. It’s so bargain basement all the time. The quality of her brand has just festered and dipped for multiple years now. I can tell she still cares but her team are beyond help. Sack them all. Drain the swamp. 

I love me a political album but hmmm. I don’t know if it’s what her brand needs again so soon after quite a heavily / socio political album. 
 
Madame X was not a party album and I genuinely think we’re about to move into a more post war Glorious Technicolour escapist era in music. 
 
Life is heavy right now and historically young new artists speak about societal ills in times of crisis whilst established artists act as a reassuring comfort with messages of hope and escapism. 
I suppose that’s too much to expect of an artist like Madonna and I’m not sure if Fun is something I associate with her anymore anyway so it may come off as flaccid as Turn Up The Radio.
I dunno. I’d like her new music to literally feel like a hope filled Ray Of Light in this dark world right now. And that doesn’t have to be hearts and puppies... it doesn’t have to be gas masks and burning flags either. 
And Martyrdonna is the completely wrong tone. 

If it's fat injections & not actual butt implants then even more so it should be something that can ultimately be undone at some point if either she decides it's not for her anymore or she starts having some sort of issues with it? KInd of like reverse lyposuction idk? Either way, I will say it again that I am just hoping either 1. she decides to have the procedure reversed or undone or 2. gets her body back into a shape where the ass doesn't look so disfigured. I honestly don't think that's gonna be possible tho if we're being honest because it just looks way too much to me for all that but I am sticking with my hopes that she decides to undo it one day sooner than later & if not - I will just get over it & move on either way. 
But there is nothing wrong with people having opinions about her on a Madonna fan discussion & sharing forum for the record. That's what this place is for. I am sorry that some people see it as "body shaming" & not just simple opinion or criticism of something she is obviously showing the world  therefore inviting comments on it. I have never & will never SHAME Madonna as I said in my original post I am one of the biggest M fans out there & have been since the late 80's & I have stood up for her & by her side thru EVERYTHING & every decision she has made when the world it seems at times tried their best to tear her down & apart. I am simply stating the obvious & anyone saying otherwise is just either too scared to say so or victim's of body dismorphia themselves. The ass DOES NOT look right on Madonna's body. Period. Of course everyone is entitled to their own opinions & anyone saying it looks good God love ya for saying so because it just doesn't sorry! I have seen her do everything to her body - lip injections, fillers, weight gain, weight loss, muscle Mama, veiny arms, bad style choices, nudity, Sex book etc.... & I have never said a word. But this is just the ultimate extreme as far as body altering goes & for someone in her stature after decades of showing off her body & fitness routines etc. to get this done & it to not look natural or good in any way is going to attract comments from people that's just the way it is. 
It looks bad. That's my opinion. I'm not shaming her I admire her so there's a big difference. But like me, feel however you want to. Next!

The lick me down under and exotica both have very poor sound despite the fact they are soundboard recordings - ba tour i would say the causing a commotion is the best one as its the correct speed for the london show(sexual exposure is the wrong speed for some reason) i collect a lot of bootleg cds as most of them do have good sound - i dont seem to be able to get one for ciao italia though or a full 2cd version of the blond ambtion nice show too ? i only collect the silver factory pressed ones and not the fan made ones or the ones Mstore sell as they are cdr-s
