Stefo reacted to DanK in Madonna: Rare

Stefo got a reaction from DanK in "Bedtime Stories - The Untold Chapter"So they all abbandoned you, poor Susan, uh? ... not any delusional hypothesis anymore, not a single moment of frustration thrown up on here, not even the nth #soon joke to fill the pages. They're all flirting with that Veronica now, right? That old junk reuser.
But your moment will come girl. And I'll be here looking at you, shining as you deserve: BRING IT GIRL!!!

Stefo got a reaction from Dire Wolf in Madonna On Social MediaYOU bourgeois!!
Jokes apart π she is having fun, she did it all, she worked hard all her life long, raised six children, helped an African forgotten Country ... she looks extremely cool with that (supposed to be) joint between her lips imo.

Stefo got a reaction from BitchImPedro in Madonna On Social MediaHow do you know about Topo Gigio over there, in Mexico?
EDIT - Oh God you made me study this puppet story and it came out we exported him from Japan to Uruguay to Germany, from Spain to the Netherlands. It's nuts, I really never heard about it π

Another "I'm bored, let's call Ricardo" photoshoot situation again, I'm afraid.

I guess you need to know Marlene Dietrich and the movie to understand this performance. Iβm German, I love that performance because she captured the German accent so well. Itβs really hilarious but probably not so munching you donβt get the references.

Stefo got a reaction from HNS in New Music confirmed with Stuart Price! from her latest IG postNoooo come on! That's a great asset of her. I agree if you say that not all the experimentations were succesfull, but I always found amazing the fact she did that. Of the songs you mention for example some are quite good imo: I LOVED the 4 minutes VS Vogue SST version and the GS LAV version was is among the BEST theatre moments in her live shows, I think it's gotta be taken as a piece of theatre in a pop concert, more than just a LAV rendition (the GS was WILD creatively and that's the reason why I love it so much). Also the Borderline rockish arrangement was cool, if she just took some more notes here and there π€£
Imo she started to kinda lose some inspiration doing it since the SST though, some really felt forced and uninspired (you're right, Hung Up from MDNA and SST, Open your heart from MDNA, I liked the idea of the LAP MDNA mix but the way they mashed up did not give LAP justice imo). But we have to admit, she soon stopped doing it after that, The Rebel Heart tour, the Celebration tour and surprisingly, except the jazzy HN version wich I adored, also Madame X did not have any of it. At most she plays them acousticly with her guitar, so she's kinda done with it now.

Stefo reacted to Andreo in Madonna On Social MediaSame thing. I really dont get how people can unironically find smoking in general a fine or good looking trait on anyone really, it's not even good aesthetically, let alone for health reasons, it's gross and a bad look, always. It's insane imo

Stefo got a reaction from Pretty Madonna in Madonna On Social MediaSo, M on her Insta wants to reassure us all:
she doesn't give a shit about her work, she went to theatre last night, she liked it and still smokes joints

Stefo got a reaction from Mystical Green Unicorn in New Music confirmed with Stuart Price! from her latest IG postI see. Well, as reinventions I don't mean rearrangements, you know, for me it's making the song in an all other kind of genre. Like Deeper and deeper in the RIT, from disco-house to swing, or, yeah, Hung Up in MDNA, from disco to techno. Vogue from the GS for example is not a complete reinvention imo, the song is there as we basically knew it, but it's rearranged with indian evocations. I agree with what you write on the MXT and the CT, there are other reasons for not having reinvented songs and it's quite possible M will make some more reinventions in her future show. I hope so, I love them β€οΈ

I normally turn to her remixes to keep me interested in her catalogue. My fav remixes have to still be Fever.

For me the Re-invention of Like a Virgin on BAT and GS were top notch. I know many fans aren't favorable to the latter, but I just love how she performed it and how she sounded. It was very entertaining. And I can understand how she feels the need to re-invent them. She's performed them so much, she needs something different. And I realize if I want to hear a studio version of the song, I just listen to the album. This is what sets her apart from a lot of artists. She doesn't just perform all her hits tour after tour the same way.

Once she released Finally Enough Love, she seemed interested in getting back on the road. If you recall, she even went to social media to ask if she should keep pursuing the Biopic or go on Tour. There may have been a push from her management or even Warners as well, but she decided to take advantage of her "biopic" mood and turn the concert into telling her story as well.
It was a great move. It also helped filled in the gap. Though, it's possible we could have had a new studio album by now if she didn't do the tour. That of course, if she wasn't only fixated in getting the Biopic going.
