Ok, on reflection, I think American Life was probably the only mis step she made and only in America (*but one could also argue, she didn't care as she wanted to protest the war anyway).

it's so subjective, I don't think she's had any mis-steps really - she's done exactly what she's wanted and the public has either liked it or not - but even doing something you think the public will like is no guarantee they will.

I actually don't know if anyone cares about music leaking so much anymore - look at the bulk leaks of Dua - and of course, Kylie, Britney - well everyone - doesn't even raise a headline in the paper or a mention by the artist. *with the exception of new music.

Who knows, but I think it might be all on hold until the Biopic or an alternative is resolved.

Anyway, if true, that they have revisited those demo's - that's a good thing. As it would mean they aren't just on some obscure DAT tape that one or two people own. It might mean that the files are more widely around within Warner - which means a greater chance that one day they'll get out.

Why are we comparing and who cares. Madonna's performance was historic for her. Lady GaGa's will be historic of her also. I don't understand why we always compare other artists and keep pitching them against eachother - the world is full of variety, some will go on to be more successful than others.

I can't see it happening for another year or two if that - she's focused on the biopic - well, was, she might shelve it. But, to make an album, promote an album, film the music videos - it's a lot of work that she won't have time for if she's doing the biopic.
