I suspect the exclusion of Rain, I'll Remember and TUTBMP was to keep it more exclusive to Something To Remember.  Also, I didn't mind this collection as is.  It pretty much included all her hits since Immaculate Collection.

This is the version that should've been released. It makes sense why they put the songs out of chronological order otherwise it would've been down tempos and ballads from Secret to Frozen (6 songs) which could get a bit boring after a while even when they're Madonna songs. I originally had Rain on here after Fever but replaced it with Bad Girl because Rain was already on STR. I don't understand why BS and DCFMA were the album versions when the remixes were sent to radio and in most cases the reason why the songs charted well in certain countries.

It's definitely a great song. I think it helps in her discography to lead from Erotica into Bedtime Stories.
Rain is significantly better in my opinion, though. I'd much rather hear it live again on tour instead.

I feel like the album campaign would've had a bit more longevity if Keep It Together was released as the fourth single with a video and remixes in Nov 89 instead of Oh Father and then Keep It Together. But they we wouldn't have Vogue and so on.

I wouldn't say so. They're super random. So they could continue with other "Ray Of Light" singles or not, or combine them with other releases and anniversaries.

I agree. One of my absolute favourite Madonna remixes.
