It's a cork screw.  It's actually a screen shot of a video clip with her boy toy in the hotel. She's on the phone complaining about "no heat" in the room and then her boyfriend, "and there isn't enough towels for you either".  That's when she hangs up the phone, and goes into a mild rage, saying, "What?...."  Of course, it's all an act, but comical.

She looks so gorgeous as always!
