Not only that, she simply posted it within her stories, which just goes away in 24 hours.  Like you and some others pointed out, some are taking it way too seriously what she posts on Instagram.  We all know those Pope pics are fake.  No one is denying that.  She's just poking fun at herself.

In real life this person would be thrown out of a debate because one of the rules is not to offend those who think differently, even if these opinions are controversial. Unfortunately, the Internet gives these violent people a certain impunity to disrespect and insult without receiving any sanction for it. The best thing in these cases is not to respond to this kind of ... people, not to fall into their provocations and not to put yourself at their level. It is the smartest option. I say this from experience.
