I do feel like now it's been 6 years since Madame X was in production ....Madonna has looked at the state of the industry and full on embraced legacy mode with a twist 

I do think we will get duets and mixes and surprise appearances in the future ....my hope is she does release her 15th album in the near future but right now the industry is so bloated I think it's hard to push out and strike out!

I think she might release one more proper album eventually, but that it is. I don't think she's that interested anymore. She's achieved what she wanted to.

As time goes on and we enter 6 years of no new Madonna era...it really makes me think that duets and collabs and random performances are the way forward for her now ....and that's fine she started in the late 1970s in clubs and pubs and diners and galleries with mix tapes and recordings and live sets on little stages ....to finishing with 1.6 million watching her live in Copocabana beach to celebrate 5 decades of hits 80s, 90s, 00s, 10s and 20s...she's nailed it 

Though seeing Swift, Minogue, Beyonce, Gaga releasing multiple albums within short time periods ....it does make me feel like we could've had a couple new albums already

I mean this year we have had Ariana, Beyonce, Taylor, Billie, Chappell, Charlie xcx, Katy, Sabrina, and now Gaga and Kylie too 

My thoughts will be that Madonna if she creates a new album it'll need to be in her time zone not crowded like this ....and be ON IT like look at these huge female lead albums this year all of them churned out ....Madonna needs to create a successful campaign it's 6 years coming up and she's just had a huge your and got biopic film editing etc ....I genuinely feel like if she was to go for an all out pop album it'll be interesting to see a Madonna era of her in her 60s embracing life and really going for it in a way we haven't seen or heard yet ....naturally I never want her to ever stop

Awww I feel whilst the marketibg was bizarre and her interviews felt very off too ....Madame X was gorgeous ....but I do hope we get another one

As we approach a decade of REBEL HEART (scary!) I really play the album and can't get over how it all could be released today literally it's like she poured all out that era and Madame X was the most extrovert on these issues she could be .....

Whilst we see so many competing and sounding similar I really feel it would be interesting soon to see Madonna showcase she's the OG camp goddess ....in today's world we need it

Pop music has been awful and due to the internet there really isnt an underground so i can understand how she isnt inspired. Think about the music that came out in the mid/late 90s...massive attack, garbage, nine inch nails, sneaker pimps, björk...i mean ray of light just shines from that. 00s you had goldfrapp, daft punk, air etc...for 10s who do did we have? Lady Gaga? Calvin Harris? Beyonce? Doesnt surprise me that nothing has really inspired her. All the pop songs now just sounds like stuff fans would've bitched about on MDNA or just retreads of stuff she's already done but better. The autotune/vocoder was groundbreaking on Music...on Madame X it just sounded like a crutch to over compensate for her voice. She gave major Naomi Watts in I Heart Huckabee vibes as well as Moira Rose except no where near as funny.

That's unfair because when she recorded MDNA and Rebel Heart the Tumblr generation of art house, witchhouse, cottagecore, hyperpop Grimes, Charli xcx, sky Ferreira, haim, were there to utilise and expand in many ways and she kinda embraced the trippy imagery and sound and Europop and things and aesthetics ....Arca, SOPHIE, Peggy gou could be influenced On her work ....buy it is harder in ways ....because rverything is instant hit in tik tok

I have to admit I have not been paying attention so I thought I would log on to Madonna Infinity and see what she's up to. Dear Lord, we are going on 6 years now since Madame X came out....my strongest interest in Madonna as a music artist has always been emotional and intellectual. Unless I am missing something or out of the loop, I am not seeing a lot of either one. It's like artistically, she's numb. Am I numb? 

What is she doing? I know she is raising her kids. That's beautiful. What is she doing for me? 😄 Artistically, I do not know what she is doing. I mean with all the craziness going on right now, does she have an opinion? Can she talk about something instead of just mugging for the camera? I want to hear her thoughts. I am not on Instagram anymore. Write a book, give an in depth interview, say something. 

Sorry to go a little off topic...my post did start wondering if another album would be coming out. 😊
