Yep. The concert had more epic moments to capture and use as the cover than this. Like Madonna standing on her head. The final one was taken during her singing Frozen and little was happening in this part.

No one knows.

My bet is some kind of separate deal was made for that particular release with Warner in 2006 (it was her first ever live album with them, way before it became the norm later with every tour of hers) and that one contract expired after X years.

But I have no idea really.

Likely because the film company associated with the Film had a time ltd licensing deal and it expired in certain territories. It's Blond Ambition laser disc part 2 again I reckon. 

Can't wait till they bring it back.

I'm Going To Tell You A Secret IMO is her best live album both in terms of sound quality and editing and would make a great release on vinyl (but with a complete redesign of the artwork!)

I don’t know what it is about the reinvention tour. Something about it feels so hollow. I can’t explain it. It’s one of my least favourites despite me loving some of the staging for certain numbers. The set list is a real miss for me and I actively loathe some of the reinventions.

Nobody Knows Me, Crazy For You and Burning Up were great

I like the acoustic section where she’s … sat down. That’s about it.

 

Confessions blew it out the water and even drowned world has higher highs. 

I love reinvention!  Went to 8 shows!
 

My only complaint was John Lennon. But I went to get hot dogs and/or went to go pee pee and fresh’n up my face.

I really loved her version too.  Of course, it doesn't compare to the original, but I agree she really poured her heart into that song when singing it.
