Yeah I also don't buy into the idea of singles not coming because "we already have everything on it."  I bet we're getting all commercially released singles.  Probably not promo singles, but standard singles yes.  And it's already stretching out to next year, so if we don't get for instance Oh Father and The Look of Love this year they're probably still coming later.

 

GHV2 Thunderpuss Megamix has a copyrite of "GHV2."  Considering this was never released on the GHV2 compilation, this might also be coming.

It's definitely interesting they have pushed back the singles that barely had anything new on it to the end. My delusional mind is telling me that they were saving these to coincide with the album re-issues and that they will include the real good stuff and some outtakes. Kind of in the same way that MJ's team re-issued the long forgotten single/first album version of I Just Can't Stop Loving You for Bad25 with an unreleased song as b-side:

Deeper and Deeper (if they give us the promo mixes)

Human Nature (if only they’d give us the Video Version!) 

Love Don’t Live Here Anymore (if they give us the promo mixes)

Ray of Light (for the edits)

Drowned World (for the rare edit of BT & Sasha mix)

Die Another Day is such a special song for me because it was the first Madonna song I really noticed (I was 8) and the whole American Life campaign.

That Everybody release must have been the strangest release of this entire campaign.  Just getting the edits on streaming with the 12” mix and dub being relegated to a limited release RSD vinyl.  Odd.

Yeah an absolutely disastrous part of the campaign. Of all the pictures too. Like if they wanted to add a picture of her something similar to this would have worked much better IMO

I’d also love Dress You Up to have a proper upload. Even if that 7” remix edit isn’t included and it’s just the original 12” tracklist. I’m a sucker for those old school 80s 12” mixes.

Let's face it. Madonna's management only do shit. No backcatalog interest.

They realeased this stupid Everybody 12" with nothing new on it but an awful remaster made by someone who spend more time smoking weed instead of being focused on music...
