That's how I feel too. I'd rather high quality releases that are widely available, some rather things.

The digital single re-issues are great, get all the b-sides and rarities there, make sure the vinyl albums are widely available; I live in Aus, I know this may not be the case for everyone but they're harder to come by sometimes here. High quality music video and all live tour concert films releases in full. 

If we're not getting anything expansive - quality control, preserve her legacy.

Oh don't mistake me, I do like some of the more exclusive things like with RSD, but even with that, it seems fans are able to get their hands on a copy after the fact, so it's not too exclusive other than it being on one format.  Anyway, I'm not too disappointed in what's already been happening with this current deal.  And I am glad, her catalog is nearly complete on digital/streaming platforms.

Not only that, there are things happening, regardless, even if one doesn't like what is happening.  This is still a pretty active thread, allowing fans to discuss what is upcoming as well as speculation/rumors.

I genuinely think she may have taken this opportunity to curate her past albums special editions while she has the time and she is still here but has potentially changed her mind now they are completed and they are basically put on ice fort the foreseeable and has negotiated that they are basically ready for release when she finally leaves us. Something has changed and I think we'll continue to get the little one offs like the picture discs and the mix shows.

It would be incredible if Stuart mastered an entire Singles Collection with slight mixing done ala Shep on The Immaculate Collection.

Not sure if if it was pre-hardy candy or post-hard candy but i definitely remember reading stuart was re-doing all her albums for 5.1 releases. Not sure how old you are but around 2004/2005/2006 artists really began releasing albums in that format but then it never took off beyond a niche format so i guess thats why they never got released. Would be interesting to do a boxset of them

I think as far as physical they prob would only do seminal releases like maybe her debut or true blue and like a prayer and maybe ray of light and confessions with the rest on streaming a la Immaculate Collection.
