I never knew such a bad organization as Ticketmaster Germany.

They don't answer to any mail, two days before they don't tell people at which door you must enter to the arena, still waiting for my ticket for the second show in Cologne etc etc

For Rebal Heart in Belgium, I remember is was perfect. Here....

I am going to Cologne without any information.

I hope that I will receive these informations in the two days that will come.

I remember when the show went on sale I didn't buy for Cologne because I couldn't register for Germany as there was a glitch on their site. So no surprise there.
