An official tour release this year or at least a streaming premiere.

You know why she didn't do it so far? Because she knows 75% of her fans are obsessive people who would have trashed it for being too edited, too faked and too badly this and too badly that so she spared herself and yourselves the hardship.

Waiting for your list of Taylor Swift live albums, Gaga tour movies and Beyoncé concerts performed for free in front of 1.6M attendees.

Gosh we're not even discussing the same thing and you won't even properly read what others say, I explicitly wrote how grateful I was for the tour and for Rio. You're mixing things up to try to prove something that we all already agree on.

I won't beat myself against a wall, I check out. Bye.

No we don't agree at all but you keep on being demandng just for the sake of it, and in the end for the sake of accusing her and her team of being bad. Same old same old.

Babe, for God's sake, try to R-E-A-D please.

The thing we all agree on is how great Rio was and how lucky we were to have it.

the point of an artist reaching a wide audience has NOTHING to do with the legality of media consumption. She doesn't need to monetize her art anymore, she's already beyond rich and her outputs are widely viewed, seen, heard, shared and commented. Are you going to call the Internet police?

What do people expect exactly? What would an acceptable way of "capitalizing" on it be?

This forum always feels like half her fans would like to spend ALL THEIR MONEY on her.

Mama is not going to love you more if you give her more money

Why can"t yall be glad that she gives away so much for free, ffs?

Call the internet police on myself? I got a VPN for the Rio show. Nothing wrong with that at all. Not illegal, but the Rio show was not licensed for global consumption. That’s the point I’m making. Of course it is a phenomenal achievement for M. A more globally-considered push for the televised show would be much more powerful for M’s ‘legacy’, which is what was being discussed previously. Not about money.

Sorry but thats not a rightful excuse you think it is. She would be not releasing it because of the rightful complaints about an another atrocious, terrible messy editing instead of actually putting effort into making a decent work for once and after years of feedback from fans? I suppose thats not the actual reason we havent got it, but if It was, that would go against herself lol.

The show is not out because a second leg is coming.

#soon

Honestly I think this is really the reason. Live shows and tours at their all time peak in prices and attendance, a show ready to go (with a couple of changes to keep it fresh and interesting for her), a healthy woman still ready to do it.

It's really now or never for a second leg in 2025, less dates, maybe even some stadiums in some places.

"not that significant culturally and globally"?? The fact that 1.6 million people got off their couches and went to see a 66 year old woman that broke the world attendance record that will forever be there for everybody to see, can be considered a pretty big bang if you ask me. I know the concert was free, but let's see how many artists well in their 60s are able to achieve that.

Let's please not try and minimize this massive achievement just because we're pissed she wrote 'soon' on her Instagram and then failed to follow up exactly when we wanted.

This seems to miss the point, being that her team failed to share this amazing achievement with the world beyond pleasing the bank who paid for it.

It was massive and all the viral news clips were total shit including what they shared with fans. They should have released the pro drone footage to show the impressive scale and reach of it, plus a full song from it.

Your talking about a massive global sensation on tour who updated their YouTube page zero times in that year. The criticism is earned and here to stay when its Madonna and team themselves minimizing achievements and possibilities

again, I'm asking, what did you expect or what would you do better if u were her?

What is a "globally considered push" exactly other than a vague concept? What can be more global than a local concert being televised worldwide? On the Moon ? On Mars ? At the White House ?

What strategy would you have chosen to do other than complaining "it's not enough" and "the team sucks"?

Shutting down Gaga and TayTay's spotify for a day, two, three? Forcing other stans to kill themselves?

People answering "release a new song", what is the purpose here? Launch Sabrina Carpenter's career? Madonna is not your average pop act, she's been around for 40 years so her marketing is not going to be the same as a 25 yo nobody with no catalog.

She was wrapping up a year long global tour which had tremendous public and critical acclaim. So no, she wasn't going to release a new song because EVERYONE would have compared the new track to the previous 30+ smash hits or fan faves heard in TCT. This is suicidal. She is not suicidal.

Note: she doesn't have to build her legacy. Her work is her legacy.

She wasn't either going to release the video material 2 weeks later because that's not how she works. Lifelong fans should know better.

So the strategy was : go with a bang and wait for the dust to settle. Exactly what they did. Then, one thing happened that NO-FUCKING-ONE has noticed here : the tour anniversary was celebrated in the press and the media. How many tours have made such an impression that people will still talk about it a year later? Hum, let me think. Besides Blond Ambition, there are NONE. Job done.

So carry on with the fan requests and the fans demands and the fan service yall dying for but it's just tantrum.

And she just started another revolution of love / are u in my gang / are u with me?/ thing... That will lead everything into a 17  minute random video with a performance at KFC on top of the bar and a website that will be active for a month featuring art curation with Rita Ora.

you forgot, 'artists are here to disturb the peace'  - with her nipples on show again.
