I like the tour and I lived it intensely cause I was there, but I always wondered how would have been a ROL tour with a more uplifting mood, in the style of 1998, with her ethereal persona and her sweetness. I mean, I love the whole music era and record, but by 2001 it was all about Guy Ritchie already, the violence and the humour inspired by his movies, and you can tell a lot of the tour darkness has probably to be with that. But imagine the ROL songs with the spirit and the mood, the looks, the vocals more alike to the time when ROL was created. I always missed that. And to me Music and ROL are so alike..the tour was a bit of a missmatch, the opposite being the confessions tour, where everything fitted amazingly well, cause it was all about COADF style and mood.

But your screename... Anyways I agree with half of this I would love a role centered tour but I feel dwt is the perfect marriage of the two albums. And her best tour

DWT is probably my favorite tour of hers, just because it was so different. Her vocals were at their peak, and I loved the dark imagery. I think she really put her all into this tour. Lo Que Siente is a highlight, but La Isla and Music are my favorite performances of that tour.

Best music performance ever just cause of that intro alone

Continuing this series,  how about this performance of  "Lo Que Siente La Mujer"  from the Drowned World Tour? What are your first thoughts and memories watching this or seeing it on tour?  I just remember my jaw dropping and my body shaking! I get chills again just watching this.  I couldn't believe how beautiful this was. Madonna equally looked just as gorgeous.  And we all know what she was getting at with the lyrics. In Spanish, they and the message were just as strong. The circular stage and the dancing made it all that more amazing. And those BEATS!!!!  Damn....I just can't get enough!  This has to be one of my most favorite performances from Madonna of all time. :jamming::fantasy::fire:Your thoughts?

It is definately one of my favourite performances by her - a stand out of her career. It’s pure Madonna, queer, Latin and the play of both masculine and feminine energies.

Her vocals are just perfect!! Love the whole show to, my only issue is while I love the dark imagery, watching the DVD back the actual lighting of the show is too dark, so much you actually can’t see 😹

Absolutely loved it when I saw it live and absolutely love it now!! Also, the singing in Spanish is great, and she has great diction.

Madonna also probably loved it too because she repeated a similar concept in the next few tours, a boudoir setting where she seduces masculine looking female dancers... it got a bit repetitive in the other tours.
