They can use the international track for dubbing, which doesn't include dialogue, if it's still accessible for them.

She? Who?  What?  You do know this release has nothing to do with Madonna and it's more about an independent company capitalizing off Madonna's success?

Dubbing a movie into another language requires what is called an "international track," which includes all the music and sound effects without the dialogue. The movie's distributor should have it, unless it has been lost.

EDITED: 

PS: A correction: The track is not called "International Track"; it is called "M&E Mix" (Music & Effects Mix).

Example: Original English -> M&E Mix -> Japanese Dubbing.

The shows in Paris was not filmed in its entirety, director Alek himself spoke about this in several interviews

What if it's just a rehash of the old bluray packed with some of these bootleg Blond Ambition vinyls that they were recently produced and circulating? I would be surprised if they went rogue to release an official LP of Blond Ambition
