In fact, this is what she posted specifically on her IG stories, including an audio clip of "Live to Tell" playing and the a link to an new live performance "Live to Tell" video from her Celebration Tour on her Youtube channel which PedroNNA/Impressive Instant shared originally.

Im sure she just wanted to share it for world aids day, so its not from the official dvd releases i guess, so its fine.

Nice tribute and all, but if the concert film from Mexico City isn't ready yet, I think that her team would have better posted the performance of the Rio de Janeiro show at least, or if they didn't have the rights of that show, a pro-shot from any other date with the crazy filters that Madonna likes so much and that's it.

Of course, I can understand any one's excitement in thinking this might be a clip from that actual Concert film (will we ever see it? LOL), but I think its pretty cool that they used fan clips as well.  It only magnifies the intent for the occasion it's trying to honor!
