Possibly or maybe they  don't want to share the actual Concert film just yet as they aren't finished or ready to do so.  Also, if it's tied to a streaming service, there might be some limitation in what actually can be shared at this point.  Taking an excerpt could violate some terms/agreement made with a film or streaming service that it will be released by.

We've had many great fan edits since the tour started in October 2023. The last thing we need is another fan edit, but professional footage.

She really needs new blood on the digital area.

Guys this is just social media management stuff, it doesn't have any connection with official releases, I neither think she watched it entrirely (cause it's really bad). 
The actual question is what the ... is she exactly doing these days, but that's another matter

this is my all-time favorite song and I LOVED the performance - however - it's shocking how poorly edited this video is. Her team should contact Blue Jean for their next video - he does a much better, more professional job.

A nice tribute but what on earth is going on with that filming, have her team gone through YouTube taking fans footage off their mobiles, it’s dreadful I thought Mexico was filmed? You could tell by the color of the kilt this was mostly Europe footage
