A nice thought to remind everyone of World Aids Day, but honestly, the audio sounds dreadful - almost AI - and the video edit is lifeless and rips any emotion out of the performance. General public who click on this won't make it past the first minute. It's so far from the quality output she once gave us. Her heart is in the right place, at least we have that to be grateful for...

I understand the frustration, because we are all waiting for the official edit of the Celebration Tour but I'm so grateful about the beautiful fan edits that were made during this tour.

Erick Alvarenga's INCREDIBLE work called the attention of M's team... I can only imagine what he could create with professional footage.

I think the official tour release will come, eventually.

Yes. You can tell in the second chorus her live voice is coming through and it's flat in the same places as the Rio show.

To be honest overall it's a nice audio.

These are fan-recorded videos taken with phones, mixed with professional footage from the Rio concert. The audio is from Rio, which was heavily autotuned.

I also hope we’ll get a different product than this, as the quality is quite low and doesn’t capture the beauty and humanity of the performance at all.

Anyway, I think this was a montage put together in less than half an hour. They probably didn’t care about making it perfect; what mattered was posting it for World AIDS Day, which is a nice thing to do.

I do hope the final montage will be different, especially the audio. The Rio audio is truly awful—it really sounds like it was done with AI.

Because it isn't edited yet for release. Because the audio hasn't been post processed and the audio from Rio was mixed in real time to keep it flattering.

 

It's a nice video. I think people need to see past the flaws of this video and just enjoy it.

They shouldn't have mixed the rio audio, she sounded fine most of the time in fan recordings from rio. I guess they played safe because of what happened with the Eurovision mess...

It almost seems like they have been busy with other releases this year and didn't have much time to prepare a proper video with professionally shot performance from Celebration Tour .. Rather than use fan edits from YouTube.

So beautiful of her to do this.  always stands behind our community.  Especially at a time when a lot of the new gen really dont realise what our brave warriors went through. I luv she used fan footage from around the world.  That performance really is about many of her friends she called family and her fans. Also luved she didnt use this moment to preview and promote her celebration tour movie .

I still appreciate the message and believe it's one of her best efforts when it comes to live performances throughout her career; but they could have posted the visuals aka backdrop only... or the Rio footage without this slopping editing.

It's definitely in my top 5 favorite Madonna performances of all time. The visuals are so moving, it made me cry and she sounded so emotional but fine mostly while performing it. I had goosebumps all over while i witnessed it in person...

Absolutely... the tour was so much better in the arena's. I mean rio was impressive for it's large audience but it didn't do it justice imo. It looked and sounded so much better in the Arena's...
