For me, it's not a huge deal.  I don't think anyone but some of us hardcore fans care or even pay that much attention to it.  We see every little gritty detail and have to shout about it, but I can bet you more than 90% who saw that video who aren't fans don't care of the quality or that she used fan footage.

The thing is, I find it a nice gesture that her team thought to take footage from fans.  Some are able spot their footage or themselves much like @roberMDNA did! 

All in all, it doesn't misrepresent Madonna in any way as some are tying to insist!

I think it does personally. I think there is a lack of quality control with a lot of her output these days. From bad remastering, amateur looking cover art made by fans, bad editing…. It’s not always the case but she seems to do things on a budget sometimes and it really reflects poorly on her brand. I really hope the Celebration film is nothing like this upload and that whoever edited this has nothing to do with the proper film because it’s a terrible representation of a brilliant performance.

No, Ive never said anything like that, but as mentioned before, I dont think its a huge deal as many have declared, its a nice gesture thats intended to be viewed by a very limmited audience, most of the content people consume these days has the same kind of quality, just think about how people construct tiktoks or memes... or videos as well... 

If we saw that she followed the Maluma Colombian performance in the Celebration Tour, or that she kept the high technological elements of Madame X Tour (the white stairs) I would be terribly worried, but its not the case...
