Hi, I hope everyone is well. You don't know me and probably don't care about my opinion but I haven't commented in a long time and really want to say this.

We should give Madonna a break. She has done so much for us over the decades. A short time ago she almost died, then took only a very very brief time to recover and then launched and completed a greatest hits tour to great reviews. It must have taken her months to recover from that tour. Shit it took me a week to get over it and I only attended one show lol!

She then lost her brother and step mom and her father is not doing well. She has been through a lot of trauma. In the middle of it all she released the hit single Popular and it's video. She has been very generous with keeping us informed of her life on social media and has given us many re-issued digital singles. She has kids, she's 66 and is still recovering from it all. 

And remember Truth or Dare was not released until a year after Blonde Ambition ended. Trust me no-one is more disappointed than Madonna. She has music and many other things ready for release but it's just the wrong time or too soon to promote it. Personally I would rather wait for a great well edited Celebration tour release. It's a once in a lifetime event so why not get the most out of it? If she released it this year it would be done and that's it. This tour needs to be celebrated properly before she releases new music. Wish her a Happy Holiday and look forward to new product in 2025.

Also, Bohemian Rhapsody went through years of drama and changes before it was filmed. That's what it takes to make a great movie. All the other biopics that followed were rushed and cheap and they bombed. Madonna will bring this to life and It will be great but it will take a few more years.

Let's all get off of the #soon soapbox and stop pining after a 30 year old reissue and a stale Facebook post. It's unhealthy. Let's enjoy our lives outside of Madonna and be ready for her when she returns.

I think some just take everything way too seriously.  I just appreciate what was and what is.  Anything else, is "expectation" when the fact is, we have 40 plus years of great music and concerts to enjoy.  No other artist has kept me entertain so consistently but her.  Sure, we want more, and it's understandable to hope for more, but to go into a complete melt down as some do, tells me some need to get out and get some fresh air.  Enjoy it man!  Life is too short to be focusing on things you can't control.

Madonna's loyal fans, including me, want and wish her to have enough time to rest. But despite our wishes, it seems that Madonna is the only one still constantly working hard and only the incompetent staff around Madonna are taking a break which they don't deserve at all.

Take one example. Look at the recent Live to tell video! Madonna wouldn't have go around YouTube and edit fans' videos herself. Which means it was done by one of Madonna's staff members. The lazy, useless and incompetent staff picked up and edited a few low-quality videos that didn't even focus properly, even though there were hundreds of good quality videos on YouTube. 

If this was a video made by a some unknown fan, who would blame it for this low-quality video? The most funny and annoying thing is, even if it was made for free by a some unknown fans, they would have made this much better than Madonna's the incompetent and useless staff!

Why is Madonna the only one who needs to rest still working hard and her incompetent and useless bitches who actually have to work harder not even pretend to be trying?

I admit I'm not hungry for another Madonna album. Since Madame X and then the remixes feat. era and also the outrageous Vulgar, I don't connect with any new Madonna song anymore, except Popular. 

I'm also afraid she joins forces with rappers/obscure singers again and makes urban sound and aims the tik tok users: songs with less than 2:30min. 

On the other hand, she has an amazing career and the Warner deal is not being well explored. I don't think she'll have so much work only choosing the tracklist, artwork and approving the whole thing as everything is past works in a new whole package. 

She'll maintain her relevancy and public interest and feed her fans. On the other hand, celebrate her legacy will bring new audience. The Celebration Tour was a good example of that. 

Many of us from old school era are tired of eternal waiting and the #soon word, we're getting old and being a fan is not a priority anymore. I still love her some much, but she should make a minimum effort to make her die-had fans happy.

She's currently on her biggest break between albums ever, and with no real perspective of that changing any time soon, so I don't know about "giving her a break", really. She's literally having one now.

She doesn't have anything to prove, I know, she gave us a phenomenal recent tour and she's been through a lot in the last few years. It's obvious her movie/series is her baby and and her challenge now, and those are the things that motivate her especially after four decades.

But it's just frustrating how she "wasted" 2024 after Rio. There are a million things she could do with minimum involvement: from the reissues to taking full advantage of situations like "Like A Prayer" on D&W, to standalone singles and collaborations.

I know she's never been like anyone else in the business and that's why we love her, but sometimes "playing the game" can be good if you look at the bigger picture: for instance, if she had worked on celebrating her legacy (apart from the tour), maybe she'd be in a better and stronger position now to negotiate with the Hollywood suits.

I don't know. I love her and will always do, I just miss her.

Does she even have a team for the digital stuff? It seems it's more of an AI uploading these things to streaming and doing these posts on the Madonna acc or Rhino acc, with minimum human interference except giving the files and correcting mess ups done with the releases, I mean the change between releases depending on amount of tracks, quality of the tracks (remasters or glitched), etc 

I mean I think that they could reupload some of the singles with missing mixes but NO let's keep the mediocre tracklists on and finish quickk!

She could have just scrapped the whole thing.  So yeah, I think she deserves some time to herself right now. It's only been six months since the tour.  It's not like she wasn't doing anything. We got glimpse of things she was supposedly doing. Whether that comes to light, we'll see.  I see nothing wasted here.  Just a woman who has worked her ass off for over 40 years and some spoiled fans who are making ridiculous expectations.
