Okay, I think I've found the right answer!

It's either With a Little Help From My Friends or Twist & Shout, M covered these two Beatles songs at the Rainforest foundation benefit concert in 98!

 

I've obviously cheated to find out the answer!  

I wasn't even aware of that tbh! (and I believe there's no video of the show?)

It is Twist and Shout but I've made a mistake. I thought it was Madonna, Roberta Flack and another lady, but it turns out there were more people including Elton John.
