What was MDNA tour "Human Nature" performance based on?

Looking at these routines at the glasses, that hands behind, I was asking myself what has inspired her. I remember reading something about a cabaret or something, but I'm not sure. Can anyone say?

I would say it's about the public trying to own your image. As well as a take on vanity

The hands are a nod to the original video for human nature.  The mirrors remind me of the stripper scene from open your heart. Most of the strip clubs in London (not that I'm an expert you understand) use mirrors around the stage/pole
