Does anyone have any insight as to the “party” talk that occurs at the start and during the bridge before the “Don’t want to grow old too fast...” lyric of Where’s The Party? It sounds like Madonna, Donna and Nikki.

Can anyone make out what they are saying or the story behind it?

Siedha Garrett and edie Lehmann were the back up singers on true blue album so it’s them I’m assuming  ? It’s hard to work out what they are saying - something about stepping on each other’s toes ? 
Nikki and Donna didn’t work with M until the 87 world tour ?
