She sold her soul to the devil in 1982 and has been making sacrificial gifts for him ever since. Hail Madonna.

I really wish Madonna would work with Carly Rae Jepson or whoever is making her music. Her music is so F*#king catchy!! Imagine Madonna's mind with that sound... ugh... perfection.

    1. I wish Madonna would hire a new band that use live instruments ala The Girlie Show.
    2.  What kind of look would you like to see Madonna do in the next era? Clothes: Stop wearing black. Hair: Anything other than the centre parting/long blonde/wavy hair
    3.  If Madonna were to perform one of her videos for an upcoming tour in the closest way she could, which video would you want it to be? She's kind of always done that, but maybe Erotica?
    4. My three favorite record producers for Madonna has been Patrick Leonard, Shep Pettibone & William Orbit.
    5. True or False: Madonna will release a new album in the next two years. True.
  4. Thanks

    1. I wish Madonna would perform some hidden gems on her next tour. Like Rescue Me, Bedtime Stories album tracks, To Have And Not To Hold, Swim, Runaway Lover...
But more so, I want her to be on top of her creativeness. Don't follow the trends in music.
    2.  What kind of look would you like to see Madonna do in the next era? I really enjoyed her short black hair for MX. Even though it was a wig, I wish she'd just cut all her hair off and go dark.
    3.  If Madonna were to perform one of her videos for an upcoming tour in the closest way she could, which video would you want it to be? Ghosttown or Human Nature.
    4. My three favorite record producers for Madonna has been William Orbit, Stuart Price and Nelle Hooper.
    5. True or False: Madonna will release a new album in the next two years. True hopefully.

Not sure if this has been done, but, let's all just say our thank you's to Madonna.
I've been asked before as to why am I a fan of Madonna or like her. That she's a bitch and a horrible person, etc. I could never find the words to answer it. I guess below would be my best way...
I've been a fan since I was a kid, maybe 3 or 4? I've always connected to Madonna for some odd reason and was so drawn to her music, music videos and anything to do with her really. As I got older, I gained to appreciate her artistry even more. And also her being an ally. She proved to me that it was ok to be weird, to be gay, be creative, to have a masculine and feminine side and to not give a shit. I could go on and on and I'll probably think of other things, but thank you Madonna. I doubt you come to this forum (cos you'd shut us down probably lol) but thank you for everything you could give to this 35 y/o gay man. Thank you for fighting for love, equality so people like myself don't have to be ashamed of who we are. And for making me have the best memories as a sissy kid dancing to your music

I saw the whos that girl tour in 87 here in texas, it was my first madonna concert. It was so amazing! The wtg soundtrack had just come out and I was like the only person who knew all the songs by heart..LOL. I was so happy she did look of love, I was not expecting that. I even got on the news here, cause I was still in madonna wanna be phase so i dressed up like her.
Then she came here again for the BA tour which I went to night one. She ended up saying goodnight houston instead of dallas at the end and people booed. I laughed, she came back out and bowed down and said Im sorry. That concert was such a crazy show compared to WTG. She upped her game, and it was still one of the best shows Ive seen. She dosent come here very often so Its rare when I do get to see her.  I met one of her dancers while we were outside waiting, again I had worn a outtfit like madonna, express yourself suit with the im breathless hair, yeah still doing that thing..LOL...anyway he said holy crap shes wearing like the same outtfit back stage. This was in a texas summer to, so I really regretted wearing it while we were outside. When she did the LAV portion, everyone kind of stopped and was like WTF is going on, then huge cheers. It was def a moment.
I wish I had been able to see the LAV tour but she didnt come to hawaii and thats where I was at that time.

I was at Blond Ambition in Toronto on the infamous Truth Or Dare night... I had just turned 15 a month before. Only time I have ever seen her live. And really, if I had a choice to only ever see her once in my life, I am glad it was then!

i want to thank her for bringing so much great music in my life. very few artists can i listen to their whole catalog and enjoy. but of course there is more to her than just the music. i feel she is one of the greatest entertainers. what i love about her is that she doesnt give up. even today she is shedding her clothes, exposing herself to show she aint ashamed of nothing. i also love how she fights for equal rights for all. i love that she doesnt back down even when people try to tell her to retire already. i love her "fuck off" attitude. there will never be another Madonna. she's the best!

This sounds like a farewell thread haha, but I feel the same like everyone here! Accepting myself better, changing with every 'era' of my life, evolving, being rebel when I needed it, and a lot of fun at the dance floor, car, shower, whatever I were. And as a DJ, she tought me how to open minded about new trends, not relying on the past always, and experimenting songs, and sounds.
To be fair I think all of us had all this things inside, but somehow she helped us to not being ashamed of them in a society where everyone has to be gray, and the same.

I could say so much here, but, I just want to say thank you to Madonna for "the dance" in all of her talents and her every being.  I don't know what I'd do without her and her music in the fun and hard times. Although I don't always agree with her on some things, I love how she helps us all fight for what we believe in no matter what.

Madonna taught me that it is definitely alright to be yourself, to be free and to be confident in being who you are. In an age when puberty hit hard like a truck, I started to question myself; question who I was and what purpose I serve here. It was troubling for me to fit in with people just to be loved but I failed miserably. Thankfully, with Madonna's music and influence, I decided to stop being someone else for some people and be straight to the point in accepting my sexuality. She has helped me go through turbulent times and gained my confidence and strength to become better everyday.
So to Madonna, thank you so much for teaching me to love myself, to fuck all the haters and be iconic because that is what I am, what we all are and what you are.
    Absolutely no regrets.
