Hi, a few years ago a friend of mine traded some files with me. I mainly got instrumentals from the Like A Prayer Album. I'm only putting it in the Fan made section but, I actually think its an official version as it runs longer than the Albun Version. Does anyone know the Source of where the Like A Prayer Instrumentals could have come from?

Hello all,
So I decided to make an instrumental with all the missing elements from the multitrack, I tried 2 different things : 
1 : Multitrack instrumental adding the Filtered Churchapella instrumental (but it's very centered mixed)
2 : Multitrack instrumental with recreated missing elements (CowBell and congas from the Roland TR-626, shakers, triangles and samples from other versions) to add a litlle more stereo to the mix.

Madonna turns 65 in just a few hours... a very special birthday considering what happened just a few weeks ago and that she's celebrating 40 years in the music business this year.
She's still here, she's still rocking (enjoying her first worldwide hit in more than a decade at 64/65 with "Popular" and about to start her new tour) and that's pretty much a good reason to be happy and celebrate her.

I removed all the parts that sounded too much like Falco's Rock Me Amadeus and tried to recreate the single version without the longer extension in the middle, i used the leaked test remixes. In Wav.

I have ventured into this new world and I must say that it fascinates me a lot. It's not easy trying to find a song that fits well with the artificial voice. Not all songs are good and you have to work on pitch and key. I hope it turned out well. What do you think?

There was a request for LAP instrumentals from the multitrack. Keep in mind that the multi is missing some instruments (like percussion) and some tracks are pre-mixed (drums, guitars/synth/organ) so it is not possible to get a completely accurate instrumental of the album version. But hopefully some will still like these.

This is a reconstruction of the demo version of Into the Groove played during the end credits of Desperately Seeking Susan, created from the multitrack. I spent a lot of time making it match as closely as possible to create an HQ version of the demo. It uses the original bass and drum sounds and none of the instruments which were changed or added to the released mix or the Shep Pettibone mix.
4/8/22 UPDATE: This is a newly revised 2022 version which is closer to the sound of the demo version. This is my 3rd version and I think the final and best.

So to Celebrate the release of the Digital EP and since we never got a proper extended at the time, I made my own here :

8'40 minutes only using the multitrack and no additionnal production. I tried to surprise the audiance and not just add an intro and an outro but to make a mix that is different than the album version and not being too repetitive or monotonous.

We all know that the original Remix Edit doesn't have the vocal intro ("Come Girls, Do You Believe in Love,...."). For the video-clip Warner/Madonna copied & pasted the vocal intro from the "Local Mix". Finally, in 1991, The Immaculate Collection gave us the proper "Remix Edit" vocal intro, but the song was edited to four minutes. So I've added to the original Remix Edit the original vocal intro from the Immaculate Collection. If you wanna enjoy the full Remix Edit with the proper vocal intro, here it is:
