Oh and worse that dumb Marilyn hotel shoot with her ass up in the air 😂
100% One of her all-time worst. They've clearly run out of ideas.

But it wasn’t technically a GH tour. She did 5 songs from the new album.
24 songs in total:
From the 80s: Holiday, Burning Up, Material Girl, Crazy for You, Into the Groove, Papa Don't Preach, Like A Prayer, and Express Yourself
From the 90s: Vogue, Hanky Panky, The Beast Within, Deeper and Deeper, Bedtime Story, Lament, and Frozen
From the 2000s: Music, Don't Tell Me, Die Another Day, American Life, Hollywood, Nothing Fails, Nobody Knows Me, Mother & Father
A cover version of Imagine
Before the Celebration tour, it is clear that a lot of thought and effort was put in making the Re-invention Tour's setlist as comprehensive as possible. All eras were well represented and what is more curious: not all the songs she performed had been necessarily #1 or well-remembered singles. Isn't she genius?

LOVE this rumour! My favorite remix of Secret is the one done by Bizarre. I find it addictive, so good . I don't think it was ever issued on a commercial 12'' release at the time, was it? I think the Take A Bow remixes are all a snoozefest, so I wish it got a different treatment... an orchestral version maybe? The song has a beautiful production, I am sure they have the stems to fuck around As for Bedtime Story, it's so hard to decide which version is the best! The Junior Vasquez mixes are all good and the Orbital one that she used in RIT is extraordinary. Maybe an official edit of the latter will be included. Human Nature got these Danny Tenaglia mixes which are fun too, especially for voguing.
As for demos or exclusive songs not included in the original 1994 edition. My bets are Let Down Your Guard which was strangely omitted from the Secret digital EP released in 2020; Your Honesty which was already issued on Remixed & Revisited, but I don't really think that EP is ever been re-released on vinyl so this should be the perfect chance to get it on a physical 12''. The set can be completed with the unreleased I'd Rather Be Your Lover mix featuring Madonna and Tupac... who passed away in 1996. And the last track... hmmm, a surprise, maybe? An alternate and more polished mix of Love Won't Wait before it was given away in 1997.

I've always thought she should've never stopped doing this kind of shows before the big tours! However, it's easy to understand that every album she recorded and released under the Interscope's management was conditioned by her contract with Live Nation; hence, just a few live performances between the actual release of the album and the beginning of the world tour that was planned to promote it so she could make the big bucks.
Rebel Heart is the album that got more performances before the beginning of the tour in September 2015. Maybe that was her way of diminishing the damage of the leaks. Still, no single from that period managed to have a real impact.

It's strange. The link posted on sharemania by a member, whoever he or she is, is still working.
But I can't see the link because someone, possibly a moderator, locked the threads

You need to register but sharemania is like an oasis...
I still wonder why they locked the This Used to Be My Playground threads! I didn't have time to download it when it first came out. If anyone here got it, could you please pm me? I have certainly collected all the digital editions that are out there in case you missed any.

Maybe it's a good idea to stop mentioning Madonna and the word reissue in the same sentence.

Wish someone would share the entire Paris footage in high quality filmed at Stade de France so we can enjoy the tour as we should!

I love that she's genuinely happy on stage and that she finally realized her catalogue, including her least successful singles, is so huge and important that it's worth revisiting.

I an still catching up with some messages here, but all I can tell you is that Madonna was FABULOUS in San Francisco. She gave it all! The first night I was in the right pit, so I had eye contact with her at least 3 times. I blowed her a kiss during Bad Girl and even stretched my arm, but she would just continue with the song. Later on, she gave me a BIG smile just before finishing Take A Bow cause she knew I was singing at the top of my lungs She's enjoying this tour so much you can feel it in her energy. I am not totally sure about it but wasn't the right pit originally called Sound Factory? The guards gave us all the blue wrist bands that say Danceteria, so we were all confused lol
I got last minute tickets for the second night! Floor 8, row 10, seat 5. Just a few meters from the tip of the main catwalk. I had the opportunity to see the show from another perspective. This tour is among her Top 3. It's undeniable. She's revisiting her past in a way that doesn't look cliché (hi Cher! lol) and it works!! The general public and casual fans adored it. I could hear no complains this time around. It's just us hardcore fans criticizing every single note. Last night Madonna sang CAC but didn't like how people in the left pit sounded so she turned around to our section and was satisfied. Also, she was chattier than the night before... and even told us a story about the time she visited SF as a kid and the first time she started wearing tampons lol Express Yourself is definitely the best change she's made since the beginning of the tour! And the new DWT skirt plus the black corset were present both nights.
I am leaving the States next Monday morning. Broke but extremely happy to have seen and sung and danced with the Queen once again!!!!
I've been uploading several videos from night 1 and 2 to my Instagram! I filmed night 2 almost in full.

I think M's recent post when they put the 'final' show to go on sale for the tour and related media release confirmed the tour is ending as scheduled / planned though - speculation from fan pages on social media only drives disappointment unfortunately.
I am honestly sick and tired at Brazilians trying to making it look like she's going with the tour They are sure the biggest market in the region, but it doesn't mean she will continue touring after April.

The film crew filmed the Lisbon dress rehearsal (general and on stage) and the first two Lisbon shows. Reshots were mainly for God Control, Frozen and Future because she didn't liked the action happening behind the curtain. The rest is from regular cameras and phones, and still with so tight footage material she managed to screw the film and continuity.
Can anyone provide screenshots of those exact takes in God Control, please? I am unable to identify what the 2021 shots are What I've noticed is that she is wearing a different jacket in one brief scene.

If you're going to a live Madonna concert because you are expecting stellar vocals, then you are at the wrong concert.
Exactly.

Still that tour had the longest setlist ever in her career... 24 songs in total distributed throughout 5 different segments.
