This is first and foremost the absolute truth, there is lots to nitpick and I have to say I was really misguided by the immense hype this week. Somehow that is not the show we just saw. also please tell me that the merch show will travel with the tour, I need those bleeding watercolor t shirts, the merch stand doesn't seem to have them

I really hope the watercolor shirts will be availlable at all concerts, they are to die for!
about the tourbook, I had a look at the beyonce one and that is really quite good in how it chronicles the development of the show. Would be great to have something similar for this tour, showing all the research, costume references etc that went into putting the show together

Damn. I envy your youth, Lucas B…  BUT Madonna in the early 1990s remains really something I am glad I got to experience first hand as it so conveniently accompanied my own homosexual awakening… the latter would have been much more awful without the former…

I really gotta laugh how some are bitching about how the audio of the show is … when here we are all basically watching bootleg videos shot on iPhones for the most part.

Seriously.  I had long given up ever seeing it as it’s kinda forgotten by the masses.  She really did this one proud.  I suspect that all the acclaim over SEX last year and working on the Art Basil exhibit had her revisiting the era a good bit and that seems to have paid us in dividends with this tour.  Amazing time to be old enough to have been there with her in 1992.

Ok I have only seen bits and pieces, don't want to spoil too much for myself but does anyone feel that this is not the show that DM was teasing us this whole week. Sure most of the tracks they teased were in (though no rain and no Of Father, which had me syched most of all) but judging from the setlist it seems very jarred and like exactly what one would suspect from a GH show. I didn't get the story arc apart from the very short bit in the beginning. I'm gonna have to let this sink in a bit

Ok I really didn't care about this when she annonced it cause I was disappointed too many times in the recent years, but when I started to understand she really was going deep in the catalogue everything changed and I was so expecting it tonight. 
It was great for me. The major quality of this show is her changing for the first time the whole structure. It's like a continous flow through her career, of course some parts focus the attention on specific moods and aesthetics but I did not feel the usual rigid 4, 5 acts.
The major flaw is the reference to some tracks that just did not give justice to their value, I think of Human nature especially and Papa don't preach really deserved a better treatment, when it started the arena exploded and then nothing, it's Justify my love  At the same time I found interesting the way she hinted thinks and tracks, even major ones, without properly perform them. When she stopped on something she was great.
The picks for me have been Nothing really matters, Live to tell, the Erotica/Justify/Hung up/Bad girl part, Vogue, Die another day and surely Bedtime story and Rain, even just for their presence. The most scarificed track was Like a Prayer maybe, it really seemed to lack its power, the setting was strong but the track didn't come out. 
The impression is that the first and the closing parts, where she presented the dancy stuff, were not much of her interest and I understand it. Neither are mine and never did so I'm ok with it.
Costumes, special effects and stuff here are present but not the core of the show, she is all about going through the journey and I really felt like reliving it all.
Tonight I love her again, she made me meet again parts of her that kept me loyal for years and it feels like a crazy thing  

So many mixed reviews already. I'm just grateful that she is still alive to be here and provide us with yet another incredible tour... it seems though that no matter what she does, she can't make 'everybody' happy. I'm just going to enjoy it for what it is... Bitches it's a new MADONNA tour! Just enjoy it.

I loved most of it, there's A LOT to unpack on this show, but I do feel that most of the songs don't get a chance to fully go down, it felt very stop/start/stop but I think there's a way to get used to it.

The only part I couldn't care less is the MJ thing... Nobody needs it, Mother, let it go.

In all honesty, BAD GIRL... The rest could be a pile of crap, BAD GIRL alone would save the show. WHAT A PERFORMANCE.

I couldn't disagree more.  I'm loving what I'm seeing so far.  Compare this to any greatest hits show that her contemporaries of a comparable age and legacy are doing, and this is far and away more intricate and high-energy.  Expecting her to give you another Blond Ambition, Confessions, or MDNA Tour was just unrealistic.

I am mega irked by the stage's asymmetricality but I'm just hoping I won't notice it during the concert.
Doe anyone remember if there were side screans during RH, I don't remember but I do hope that we get some close ups during the show
