This is basically a recap of what me and @Lorxsaid yesterday here.
Back That Up, 4 Minutes, Ghosttown (with David) and Mother of Creation were also tested but were scrapped along the way, just like the original Live To Tell choreo and a few remixes which were changed.

Even if I love Frozen as it is one of her best songs, the fact she had not sung Rain for 30 years makes it a better choice to me.

Going to see M for the first time tonight. Dying to look at the set list but I’ve not looked at any spoilers so far! Can’t wait!

The show before leaving for UK was exactly as we know it now minus La Isla Bonita (which was added in Manchester), Hold Tight which was in the same act of DCFMA and I Will Survive, and of course Sorry and Oh Father. Also Bitch I'm Madonna was supposed to be her holding a cross across the stage (she also had a black veil, those 2 things are the only differences) and also Celebration had no 'Music' sample. That's what I know!

Nope, I believe the show was cut short during the Manchester final rehearsals (that's when La Isla Bonita was added in also) so I don't think we have high chances of them re-appearing. I'd love to be wrong here but I'm not holding my hopes up.

So I've been waiting all of this time for an official announcement of a South American leg. Meanwhile, I tried to avoid spoilers at all costs (I managed to do this for S&ST and MDNA and Brazilian stops where the last ones in both tours, so almost everything was a surprise for me then).
But this time I failed... I watched the clip she posted in her social networks from the opening night and then I discovered SHE'S FINALLY PERFORMING LIVE MY FAVOURITE SONG OF HERS OF ALL ERAS <o>
Fuck my credit card, I can't risk losing this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. I just bought my tickets for both nights in Lisbon (where there were still available tickets near the stage at reasonable prices).
After 12 years, here I am, only two weeks away from seeing her again. I'M COMING FOR YOU, MOTHER.
(sorry, fellow fans, if this post is somehow annoying, I'm on cloud nine right now, I was truly believing until yesterday that CT2 was a way too far away dream)

These takes defending her on late starts have GOT to stop. Enough with this shit already. I’m so mad for the people who went this evening.
She can get there early enough to start the show. 8:30 on the dot. Other acts manage to do it. She’s the only one who seems completely incapable of doing it, and she has zero excuse. There was a time when her shows were far and above more technically advanced than others but that isn’t the case anymore. No other major artist has these regular issues where they have to offer abridged versions of shows because they can’t manage to get on stage on time.
Last night was excusable. The issues in the middle of the show were unfortunate and it was probably hard to adapt in real time.
This on the other hand was avoidable. Don’t use all the cameras if that’s what it comes down to.
Come ON Madonna. The world is ready to give you a chance to redeem yourself with your touring reputation and here you are fucking it up yet AGAIN.

I know I'm so late to the party here, but only finally having time to sit down and post my thoughts on seeing this last night.
Firstly, videos don't do the show justice at all. I was mesmerized the first 1.5 hours straight and was shocked to see the lukewarm and sometimes downright disappointed reactions when I did a quick peak online during my bathroom break (Mother and Father lol). The production is absolutely top notch and a HUGE step up from Rebel Heart. I'd argue it's even better than MDNA, but I need to see the show again in Brooklyn to properly comment...it's easy for the euphoria of opening night to taint objectivity.
Nothing Really Matters absolutely works as an opener, especially if you don't know what's coming. I didn't expect it to go instantly from Bob welcoming everyone to the screen coming up and her coming onstage. It was such a different take on her usual entrances that it really was a welcome change. It was minimalist yet iconic, especially with that outfit. Just seeing her alive and back in the flesh after everything she's been through this year was incredible in and of itself. It was also a fantastic mix live.
The flow was pretty much flawless through the beginning of Hung Up. The narrative was very well done and I loved how the early songs were woven together with samples. Live to Tell had me in tears, literally. Erotica had the arena shaking and is definitely a Top 3 highlight. Justify My Love was so effing cool.
The unexpected surprises of songs like Bad Girl and Bedtime Story had me more excited than any other moments in a Madonna show. Bedtime Story in particular had my jaw on the floor. And then THAT Ray of Light remix right after? Sublime.
Now for the negative:
I was on the floor right by the catwalk. If you're that close, be prepared for difficulty seeing things at times. The stage is higher than normal during this particular tour. I definitely lost her at times.
The sound issues clearly threw her off. I was close enough to see the mental gears going through her head, and she never really seemed to let down her guard again after that. 
The show falls apart concept wise once Hung Up starts. It was odd to have that begin out of nowhere, and the flow never really recovered. It felt like the energy was "off" in the crowd throughout the rest of the evening. I don't know why it was in that section, but that was the first time the semi-chronological take was interrupted.
The song choices were weird at parts. Rain in the finale section? Mother and Father? I Will Survive instead of her own song? Don't Cry for Me Argentina....? The show definitely needed more true classics, based off of the energy in the audience, as well as reviews in the tube after.
Bitch I'm Madonna was a terrible closer, full stop. People were visibly confused when the lights came up and I heard multiple "is that it's?" coming from people close by.
I think it's fairly obvious *something* was cut last night. The sound issues lasted nearly 10-15 minutes, and she ended almost on the dot with curfew. There were a few strands of confetti that fell from the rafters before the show, so I believe there was more to the finale that didn't take place. We'll know more tonight.
All in all, the show has the *potential* to be her best tour ever, but it needs some work. Having seen every tour Confessions-onwards minus S&S, I do think it might be her best post-Confessions show. I couldn't believe she still had this in her after the atrocity that was the Madame X Tour. But the show is rough in parts and deserves some more care. My dad ultimately said 7 out of 10 after the show, and while I thought it was fantastic, after processing properly, I'm going to say 7.5-8. 
I think it's very likely the show was heavily impacted by her injury based on the interruption to the flow and narrative. I also fully believe we'll be seeing changes.
No matter what, it's an absolute work of art and will ultimately go down as one of my favorite Madonna live experiences ever. Anyone here who's going to see it is in for a treat, especially after the Rebel Heart and Madame X Tours.

Bedtime Story is top tier Madonna.
I'm glad she knows it, regardless of what a chart said 80 years ago. The original song/music video/Brit Awards/ RIT video/ last night= all perfection. 
It's up there with Vogue for me.
She proved with that number and NRM that she could stand (or bike peddle) in place or do her little Hatsumomo shuffle and put on a great show. If you combine those moments/Bad Girl/ Rain in a Madame X theater setting, what a dream.

I cried and screamed so much watching that livestream, I still can't believe she's given us THIS much, this is a career show for the FANS. Sure I missed EY and Frozen, but Live to Tell, Bad Girl, Rain and Mother and Father feel like a fever dream, so surreal, too good to be true. Can't wait for my shows!!!!

On defense of Bob. I think she works a bit like a crutch and to take some weight away from her.
Instead of a Madonna out of breath and panting trying to get people up, Bob balance up that MC side and give her a breather.
I also think is relevant for her history and upbringing in the NY scene. Really representative and perfect for the Vogue part.

The show looks awesome ! She's looking very great and happy to read that she her singing is good.
The setlist is really good, too bad that some of the hits seem to be shortened (La Isla Bonita for example) but having full Live to Tell, Bad Girl and Ray of Light is enough for me :D

Too bad for the 3 hinted songs that were not sing. I was eager to hear Sorry and Oh Father :/ Even Hold Tight seemed interesting ! But we can't have it all.
The only thing that saddens me is the fact that the ending is too brutal, maybe it will get better after the first show. We know it always evolves as time runs throughout the tour.
