that butt though is one of the worst things she has done to her body, and yes I know her body she can do what she wants... but my personal view (which I am entitled too) Is all too much and has made her unrecognizable and will only get more intense the older she gets... again I know she is entitled to do whatever she wants...
 

I also really hope they use the UK 12” cover of Bedtime Story for Spotify too rather than that crap hand with the flower in version. It’s one of her best single covers and I’d have actually preferred it as the album cover cause I think it’s suits the soft pink human energy of the album. 

My OCD is a bit irked that the first track isnt listed as Rescue Me (Single Edit) but hey. 

"Fever" probably won't get released except as a part of the "Bad Girl" maxi. It wasn't released in the US, was it? But after letting a bit loose with the latest two with these extra promo mixes, I want them to be crammed from this point on. Release EVERYTHING.

The Alternate Single Mix is identical to the one from the Japanese Single Collection, just checked. I wouldn't be surprised if they are using our Remixology thread as a source for these files!

"The Girlie Show" is probably peak live Madonna in terms of music, vocals, band, mixing... audio wise it's perfect (and a great show visually of course).
It's true that the "studio" live sound started with Stuart but his versions were mostly great. Kevin Antunes is very hit or miss, yeah.

she needs a better musical director for sure, her work with Stuart price was magnificent in re-arranging older hits to sound current
although the audio for the RHT film was way better than MDNA for sure and it was a step in the right direction

That's it. Since Sticky & Sweet all the live renditions sound like fanmade bootlegs, soul-less, uninspired, cheap... that doesn't translate well the music to the audience, and even if she has the best tecnology or dancers, or budget, the public don't have the feeling of being on their best night ever. Ditch him please!

Madonna needs to step her game up on her next tour altogether. KA made great things for the posthumous MJ Cirque shows and for other artists but for Madonna their styles don't jive well in a lot of ways. And we can't entirely blame the musical director when Madonna herself is the name on the marquee and billboard in every city she performs in,not the musical director. She's gotten to a point where she's phoning her shows in and making shitty excuses on why she's several hours late when people (not just fans,but actual people) paid several hundred dollars to see her. MX was a different ball of wax since she injured her knee but she still didn't need to delay people several hours,especially those who have to work 9-5 the next day just because it works for her on her time. It's very harmful to her reputation. Not to be that person sliding in a comparison but look at a Janet concert. She is still giving 100% in her shows,charging hundreds less and allowing her choreography and talent speak for itself in a stripped back production in theaters and arenas. I think Madonna needs to take a play out of Janet's book and apply it to her next tour. If she's going to keep going in the direction she's been going since MDNA she should stop touring altogether because nobody will ever see her again except the diehards who've seen her hundreds of times.
 
TL;DR - Madonna needs to stop making shitty excuses and not be so garishly selfish on her next tour.

Gone is cute and all but did it deserve a spot on the setlist over some of these absolute gems that she has yet to perform live on tour? No. The same goes for Nobody's Perfect.

I like it. It’s what TBM set out to do and present her style of dance music. I can see myself drunk dancing to it easily ;)
 
the original is still superior to me though. Funky shit. Hope someone can get their hands on the remix vocals and whip something up with the original. 

The way Madonna says "apart at 1:17 is so typically her enunciation.

The remix is amazing. Love the darker tone the Blessed Madonna gave to the original. Madonna sounded like she tapped to her COADF 2005 vocals and Missy Elliot is just riding the beat with her flow. I literally stayed up late at night to listen to the song over and over again.

Odd that this rumour goes around. Vogue appears in streaming and Madonna posts a pic on her Instagram about getting her first record deal and becoming a star with the old $35 dollars story. Something is happening. 

I'd love it if she went back to Warner simply because it would mean that we'd (hopefully) finally get re-releases of old material, as well as single edits/remixes up on streaming.

Now WB just needs to fire Guy Oseary and have a PR team take complete control of her social media and we'll be good to go!
