Hey everyone, so take this with a grain of salt. I’ve been seeing posts all over Twitter that Interscope no longer follows Madonna on instagram and that WB now follows her. Also apparently Madonna is no longer on Interscope’s artists page? Does anyone have confirmation or more info on any of this? 

If Kevin Antunes is still on charge, I prefer to listen her records from now, I don't expect any good live rendition coming from him... 

My choice would be Causing a Commotion, but since the "rework" of the old songs on the last three tours have been disastrous I rather not have to listen to it being played with a karaoke backing track with loud vocals from the 80's overpowering the whole thing...
But anything other than Human Nature, Vogue, Like a Prayer, 1min Papa Don't Preach and Candy Shop would be welcomed.

That would mean she or her team would actually know what her fans want and have been wanting - for years...and actually giving zero f’s about it ?

It's horribly schmaltzy - Orbit made it into a genius of a track.

Thats about 3 million extra streams so far in a year on Spotify alone. Add in You Tube, Apple Music, Tidal and the others and that's some serious streams. 
Admittedly Like A Prayer & Express Yourself are huge Madonna songs in her catalogue, but she has many other songs that are huge too. At this point any additional content that pushes her streaming numbers up is good. They've probably actually waited until streaming is a huge force to capitalise on it rather than dumping them out there early days when subscriptions were low. 
Even 100k streams each for the other 250 remixes / version of her old stuff is a lot of numbers.

Let's hope they are working on all of them. It doesn't seem to be remastered in any way, but it's a start!

And why not? I'd take that over the Evita and and anything else from Bedtime Stories honestly.

Gone is cute and all but did it deserve a spot on the setlist over some of these absolute gems that she has yet to perform live on tour? No. The same goes for Nobody's Perfect.

Yes! People always claim that Take a Bow brought up Madonna to the top again after Erotica, which is true, but songs like I'll Remember and Secret were top 5 around the world and definitely played a huge part at that.
I think it's forgotten because, you know, our little diva doesn't seen to like it, it was never performed live and it was out of the Greastest Hits that cover that era (Ok, it was on STR but still..., it was a #2 in the US and #7 in the UK).
If you think of the amount of Madonna's top 10 between the US and UK that are often forgotten and never got a chance to shine live since it's debut (some have never) and never got a spot on compilations...

In my opinion it's one of the worst things she has ever done.

1. MDNA - awkward, lifeless and just all over the place. All of the songs are rejects and it's hard to go through this album without cringing.
2. Madame X - This definitely had more involvement from Madonna than MDNA, sadly she has shown that in terms of songwriting, she has completely run out of ideas. The melodies and lyrics are half-baked, the production on the vocals is an absolute tragedy. There was no need for the vocoder. It sounds tragic.
3. Erotica - This album is just downright overrated. All of the songs sound like demos and the album has aged terribly when compared to her other 90s albums. The album is too long and it's lacking of strong and catchy melodies. The "talking" gets tiring and the whole thing sounds like the soundtrack to a terrible softporn/b-movie.

Same review for me, but depist this album was a very bad album, only few songs was good on this album. Deeper and Deeper, for his inovation, to combinated the Disco-House with Latino, with the strongs lyrics about the homosexuality, this will be the perfect choice of single and also the best song of the album, Rain is a love song and the same style of her ballads like Live to Tell or Oh Father and the music video was a art (one of my favorites music videos), Why's it so Hard for his universal message of love and her darker ambiance of the sound of House, and In this Life, the ending was talking, but unlike other songs of the album like Where Life Begins or Waiting, it was perfect for that, because she address to all the peoples to lost of friends of AIDS with emotion (this song was her only song when i cry with Promise to Try and Oh Father) and it's like a monologue to talk the people about the AIDS, this song was one of her most sadness song of her career, this will more powerful when you listen her live version for the Girlie Show Tour. 

When people dislike Like A Prayer, Erotica, Bedtime Stories and the debut... a bitch just can't relate.

1. Erotica (I hate this album. I only listen Rain, Deeper and Deeper, In this life and Why's it so hard with pleasure, also the instrumental version of ''Where's life Begin'', the rest i hate)
2. Madame X (A huge deception this album, i only like three songs and and many songs was a horror)
3. American Life (i'm not a deception this album, but not enchanted of this album, i like many songs of the album like Mother and Father and Love profusion, but this album included few horrors, i hate I'm so stupid, a horror this song).
godx, do you easy to re-listen Like a Prayer? I didn't enchanted the first time i listen this album, now, i like very well this album. This album was a new musical direction (this album was more varied musical like rock, pop, gospel, dance, RnB and Funk) and also a maturity of the lyrics, this album was her most personnal of his career. Like a Prayer and Till Death to us Part was genius, Till death to us Part was a genius, to reunite the happiness of the song with her dark lyrics (this song talk about the violence of her ex-husband Sean Penn) and Like a Prayer also, because she adventured of the pop-rock style (a departure of the old singles) with the religious chorus, adding a gospel ambiance of the song.

I hate Erotica because this album was a very bad album. The sound was horrible, look the title-track, this is was worst single of all time, i hate the vocals (she nearly never sing in the song). She nearly never sing in 1/3 of the album. And look Thief of Hearts, depiste this sound will be same of the remix of Paula Abdul, Opposites Attracts, the Paula abdul remix was better to Thief of Hearts. Words was also very better of the demo version. I listen in Youtube Where's life Begin in instrumental in Youtube, because the Madonna vocals performance destroys the beauty of the sound of the song. I only listen Deeper and Deeper, Rain, Why's it so hard and In this Life (the last, the music was not very good, but the lyrics help to up the sound of the music) with good pleasure.
Like a prayer, i didn't like this album the first time, outside Like a Prayer, Express Yourself and Oh Father, but it groow up and now, i like very well this album. this album was the maturity of the artist, this album took a huge risk. The songs growing up and i listen many times now. Till death to us Part was a perfect exemple of genius, this will my favorite song of the album (aside the title-track), depiste the lyric was very dark, the music was very happiness and the bridge included beautifuls harmonies.

Hard Candy is the most faceless Madonna album of all time. Where is she? I just get nothing from her whatsoever.
Like A Virgin era was incredible. Add Into The Groove, Crazy For You and Gambler to that album and it's up there with her best. The album tracks just feel hollow somehow. I love Stay and Over & Over and Love Don't Live Here Anymore are worthy album tracks but Pretender and Shoo Be Doo are way to basic to prop up an album that contains Material Girl and Like A Virgin which were essentially gimmick songs to make noise and arrive. 
Dress You Up Material Girl Over & Over Into The Groove Angel Like A Virgin Crazy For You Gambler Stay Love Don't Live Here Anymore Is a perfect pop album that equals True Blue and the Debut.
 
MDNA is actually largley shit due to the production and the addition of songs like Superstar, The dreadful vocals and lack of life on Turn Up The Radio and the single choices. 
Even Gang Bang feels processed. When I heard Madonna screaming on Bitch I'm Madonna she sounded like REAL Madonna. Gang Bang feels like a rehearsal in comparison. At least Madonna is actual present on MDNA even if it was rushed. You can hear her anger, defiance, sorrow and even the the postmortem as it happens. Even the daft frivolous songs like Girl Gone Wild, GMAYL, TUTR and Superstar are the sounds of a recently divorced woman just calling her old friends up, squeezing into her pre marital party frocks and hitting the town smiling and laughing to the world but dying inside a bit. MDNA is her fake smile album but unfortunately the whole thing was delivered and represented poorly so the vibe didn't translate properly. That and the Gaga debacle. I think MDNA will be re viewed in years to come but apart form the Orbit tracks it's rather musicialy bereft. It's an awkward chaotic listen and the tracklist order is as horrendous as Rebel Hearts is...but there's some brilliant but slightly unrealised songs in there.
