BradleyPratt got a reaction from RUADJAI in MADONNA AND WARNER MUSIC GROUP ANNOUNCE MILESTONE, CAREER-SPANNING PARTNERSHIP!!
A USB within a box set was something I played with for my COADF project - I thought it would be really cute to have a disco ball-within-a-ball that was also loaded with the hi-res audio and ProRes copies of her music videos, plus copies of performances and the tour. The idea came from Daft Punk.
It would be amazing if she released something like that, and if this kind of product came back in vogue as a way to purchase physical media music alongside vinyl. We can dream...

That Kylie USB is so cute! The Gaga one was like that.
I had no idea USB was an attempted trend in the late 2000s. Just because it stalled at the time, I don't see why Warner couldn't have some fun introducing a limited run for each of her albums on this particular format. Along with CDs, vinyls, streaming too, of course. This would just be an extra little gimmick product for the big fans to snatch up and collect. Even if the price is high.
Some might think it's outdated, but look at vinyl's resurgence! I think current music stans appreciate aesthetically pleasing physical formats (re: vinyl) and would take a liking to themed USBs too. Back in the late 2000s, physical media was starting to be looked down on due to the rise of iTunes and then streaming. I think the stan consciousness has circled back around to some extent, and a product like this would be more appreciated now than it was then. Imagine little characters for each of M's eras! I want

Did everyone try the over priced rehashes?
I thought the over priced rehashes were lovely?

The standard version of Madame X and the deluxe version of Rebel heart are top tier Madonna album covers, up there with True Blue and Ray of light.

It's LIVE EARTH for me. It marked the 25th anniversary of her career and she closed that chapter beautifully. Then 2008 started...

Please…those were released way before they decided to re-issue the singles and possibly the albums too.
There is no reason those should stay. They are literally what's keeping us from getting all the 80s singles uploaded. All the versions from there will appear on the singles anyway, so nothing will get lost, just redistributed.
Plus, both of the covers suck.

BradleyPratt reacted to EgoRod in Lady Gaga and Katy Perry plagiarized VOGUE by MADONNA (again)
These two remixes are done by DJs not Katty Perry and Gaga.It involves their choices of samples and beats, which are characteristic of DJ work. However, I couldn't identify any direct samples from Madonna's "Vogue" in these mixes. It's possible that you might be interpreting common house beats and keystrokes as samples from the original track.
It's worth noting that Madonna's "Vogue" itself wasn't entirely original, as Pettibone incorporated elements from classical Ballroom runway house music. And his own catalog. While it's a fantastic track, its foundation lies in this genre.
Is almost 2024, the ongoing debate about Gaga vs. Madonna vs. Mariah, or any similar comparisons, is booooring and unnecessary

All I want for Christmas is...
The effing "Sorry" BLOND:ISH remixes EP to get out FOREVER from Madonna's "Latest Release" spot on Spotify and Apple Music.
It's been there since August 16th. Sigh.
I'd take anything. ANYTHING, even "Santa Baby" Sickick remix.

Well, we won't know until January 29th, so please don't make this place unbearable for the next 6 weeks.

The last thing we need is ANOTHER Confessions single uploaded like that though. They should just take them all down and re-upload them as collections. I'm so tired of having three different releases clogging the page all titled "Sorry". Sorry my ass, fix it.

Does her team even know what HD is ? Why bother just upscaling it - it’s a bit like fans on here saying they have “remastered “ their audience recording of a celebration show when clearly they haven’t or even know what “ remastering “ even means ? 🙄

a new low tbh. This poor fan base is so starved of new material that we are hotly anticipating a drop fro 20 yrs ago.
While the tour is great, amazing, the one off collar drops have been something, (if not hugely underwhelming), I am beyond desperate for a new album. Like....I'm at the point of switching off for a while it beyond. It'll be five years since Madame X in a few months and then I'm positive we'll be into tour leg two, the live album in summer, and then LAV40 in Nov. Like....we've wanted legacy moments for years but we didn't expect is to last five years.
I can't actually believe she has only delivered Rebel Heart and Madame X since MDNA wrapped up ten years ago.

I'm a clown for expecting the Love Profusion video to be a good upgrade, but I know better lol. I actually love that video!

I want them to fix the million different versions of the Confessions singles so bad. Just upload one "Sorry (Remixes)" with all the the different versions in it and hide the others.

Agree to a certain extent but hard disagree to another. Melodies and chords can be written on every piano and guitar. It's the producer who does all the graft and gives us the sound. Like a chef. ingredients are ingredients it depends how you use them. A poor chef can spoil the best quality ingredients. Just look at Girl Gone Wild... the wrong ingredients and cooking method were used by The Benassi brothers.
I truly believe if Madonna had come back to us with that Substitute For Love waltz demo it would have been the end of her. It's Enya and the Wales it's so twee and mumsy. The final version of Drowned World is one of the finest things she's ever done. Orbit was literally her saving grace at that period of her career. She was a genius to trust her instincts and employ him.

I love the NNM remixes - the Above and Beyond such a banger!
I can't remember the backstory though to the Peter's Private mix - on his website years ago, he had listed a part 2 - but it was never shared.

Yeah I don't care as long as they're all online and were not missing out on any artwork single edits and album versions.
If you'd told me three years after the first EP Human Nature appeared online we'd still be getting drip fed these releases I'd have called you a liar. We're gonna be four / five years by the time they're all out. If I had to work as little as Emily I'd be a happy man.
I still need the best Human Nature mix online. Human Club Mix
Give It 2 Me (edit)
Girl Gone Wild (Justin Cognito Radio Edit) 3:37
The actual first released version of the song on You Tube. I remember being so disappointed with the album version. (of course I miss the forgive me bit but I made my own edit) and it was on the Japanese MDNA release so why isn't it available yet?
Ray Of Light (Radio edit) on the maxi
Many more but these are like the basics man

I like their remix! I feel like it kind of references some of the Bedtime Stories remixes almost. I don't think there's a bad remix of Nobody Knows Me.
I think the remixers did the best they could with Nothing Fails. Gorgeous track on the album, just odd in remixed form to my ear.
