I agree with others regarding Rain, it kills the vibe. It's a dull, flat performance with no theatrics or memorable moments and kills the high energy right after Ray of Light. Since she's probably not going to redo the musical arrangement on this one or add pyrotechnics to amp it up (wouldn't it be cool if it was raining pyro on stage before the big bridge moment?), I would replace this with something more memorable.
Regarding the MJ tribute interlude, I think the point of this interlude is to represent the King and Queen of Pop. Since this setlist chronicles Madonna's career in order, the final segment is meant to say she's now the Queen. In royalty, when the King dies, the Queen takes the reigns. Plus, the silhouettes are meant to say that we don't even need to show Michael or Madonna or name them for them to be recognized because they're so iconic now, unlike the opening where she drops her name and won't even get on the list to get in the club.

I don’t know how many times this has to be said:
We are all allowed to have an opinion, we are all allowed to express that opinion. Yes, it may happen that people don't agree. You may not like other people's opinions.
I can't even begin to unpack how problematic it is to judge people for discussing how things could be changed or improved. It’s literally human nature to have a mind that is capable of having thoughts and it’s part of fan culture to come up with your own concepts, art or re-arrangements.
Madonna herself has taken other people’s art and changed/adjusted it for her own purposes. We as fans have the freedom to the very same thing. There are certain things we may like or don’t like. This forum is a place that thrives on these kinds of discussions. THAT is something people have to deal with and if you don’t want that, feel free to block the people whose content you dislike.
I say all this as someone who has so far enjoyed this concert more than ANYTHING that came after CT. I just HATE when people try to shut others up for being "moaners" or for not being people that blindly stan everything an artist does.

Can I just say - it’s fucking amazing that she’s looking like Madonna again- she looks so good!

I think all that's needed at the end is to repeat the "Music" chorus a few more times and let the audience shout it back at her a little. Just adding the few extra bars of a banger chorus  will provide the feeling of climax and closure that is missing.

The show before leaving for UK was exactly as we know it now minus La Isla Bonita (which was added in Manchester), Hold Tight which was in the same act of DCFMA and I Will Survive, and of course Sorry and Oh Father. Also Bitch I'm Madonna was supposed to be her holding a cross across the stage (she also had a black veil, those 2 things are the only differences) and also Celebration had no 'Music' sample. That's what I know!

Nope, I believe the show was cut short during the Manchester final rehearsals (that's when La Isla Bonita was added in also) so I don't think we have high chances of them re-appearing. I'd love to be wrong here but I'm not holding my hopes up.

I think the complaints about the missing narrative are based on the fact that at the beginning the show seems to run chronologically through her career, but then it doesn't. It sounds like she is going to talk to the crowd about different times of her life, but then she doesn't. Bob looks like he is going to glue the show together and kind of introduce each act to the audience, but then he doesn't. It just goes from random NY speech to political statement to dominatrix to ballad to country girl to party time with no link whatsoever.

I received some information in April and May, but after that, there was no further communication with this guy I know (he's an old friend of mine).
Initially, I was informed that during the rehearsals, the plan was to open the show with Celebration, followed by Nothing Really Matters with Frozen and The Power Of Goodbye as encore/closing song.
I believe these details to be accurate as I had been provided with a list of the songs that were being practiced, which aligned with the final setlist and the information shared by DrownedMadonna.
La Isla Bonita was there, for sure.

However, in May, I was informed that the opening song had been changed to Nothing Really Matters, and the closing songs would now be BIM and Celebration. I received a list of the songs that were being rehearsed, but I didn't hear anything more about The Power Of Goodbye, it was there after Frozen, followed by Like A Virgin, Bitch I'm Madonna + Celebration. Then I think TPOG, as well as other songs, was cut off.

I knew nothing about Rain.

After having rewatched Nothing Really Matters a hundred times I think it's the best and the most powerful opening of all her tours. I would cut Bob's intro though, it's unnecessary. You don't have to introduce MADONNA 😂
