To be honest, I don't think this appearance at the 2023 Grammys can beat her appearance at MTV 2021, which personally for me is Madonna's best television appearance so far. I still remember that moment as if it were yesterday: Madonna appeared in a suit that covered her from head to toe, pretending to be a woman full of virtues and blameless, but that was only an appearance because seconds later she proceeded to tear off that boring suit, revealing to us that we were actually before an undercover dominatrix leaving the public impressed because no one expected that outcome in so few seconds. And not only that, Madonna also decides to use this appearance on MTVs to show the whole world her new figure enhanced by prosthetics and that I personally love because it is a body very similar to that of Latin American women such as Anita, Jennifer Lopez. or Tokischa to name a few examples.

Overcoming that presentation will be very difficult for Madonna but I don't want to be pessimistic and I will wait to see the Grammys to see if she manages to surpass herself because with her presentation at Mtvs 2021 I think she has set the bar too high.

A weird idea maybe: I'd love to hear some songs from Madame X with some other vocals, without auto-tune. I think that "Crave" or "Crazy" could be more  beautiful with more "organic" vocals.

With the amount of songs that are being considered for this tour, we might have to arrange ourselves with the idea of her doing medleys. In the past years, minus MX, she has reintroduced medleys to quite a large extent.
Now that I am 100% on board with. This song is a well remembered hit that has been SHUNNED for years. It could work very well as an acoustic version. It's not one of my faves from LAP at all but I would love to hear it on tour for once.

Incredible work. As others have said, it's both amazing and very disturbing! "Just a Dream" sounds very real. I don't know what the future holds, but I have to admit that I find it scary.

Okay I tried some of the requests in here and most of them sounded shit...

So this week I started training my own Madonna Diff-SVC model based on her vocals.... I used most of the leaked stems we have... 
I've been training it for over 40hours and It's still far from done but I thought I would share some results.... I think her voice is starting to get pretty recognizable right?

It won't. Madonna getting a demo "hit" won’t mean shit to her. If anything it will lead to her making more music like this and I personally think that is a horrible outlook.

What!!? You people are crazy, that was not a publicity stunt. Janet was an obvious publicity stunt, but that fall was real. Shit happens and that definitely happened. She was nearly 60 she wouldn’t do anything that made her appear frail or someone who’s “had a fall”.

I then, like a dumbass, erased my entire progress. So the background music is unchangeable unless I go back and program everything AGAIN!!!!

I love the Erotica era so much.  So many missed Madonna's message thirty years ago (many still miss the message).  Erotica is about love and freedom, not sex.  Erotica is about empowerment and breaking socio-political boundaries.  Erotica is about escaping guilt and decimating stained glass prisons.  Erotica is about falling in love.  Erotica is about unlocking doors. Erotica is a victor's march.  Erotica was Madonna's sacrifice for "the least of these".  Erotica gave a voice to the quietest groups among us.  Erotica was a collection of hopes and dreams.  Erotica was a call for the end of all wars, inside and out.  Erotica made me feel loved when no one else did, including those in my inner circle.   Erotica was a love song for one's own person and others.  Erotica was a friend that would never abandon a lost soul.  Erotica was the purest light in the darkest of days for so many human beings.  Erotica will forever be burned in to my heart!  Happy 30th birthday Dita.  I love you!

Madonna on her own is far better than Madonna with dancers as young as her kids… it’s way more interesting to just see her embrace her musical talent and work the crowd as a solo performer.

I'm genuinely not trying to start with anyone in here. But for the people who keep saying "it's just one song", "it's just a few silly remixes"....for a lot of people it is not just that. They are talking about the switch that was flipped a couple of years ago and everything that's happened since. For some, it's since 2008. For others, 2012. For A LOT it's 2016- now. It's not just this video or one thing in particular. 

It always confuses me when the accusation of ageism gets thrown about when Madonna herself never uses other dancers her own age in her videos. There's something a little odd about a woman in her sixties dancing and making out with teenagers as if she's a teenager too.

For me the reason she is doing the kind of messy, ugly releases is because she is unable for some reason to do things better, as she did in the past, not because she want it that way. For me it is not a choice. 
It´s like a teenage badbehaving when can not get the love of their parents any other way. In her case, she is ruining her legacy, which mainly consisted of the opposite: impecable body of work. Good for her if she is happy.  But she is not regarded as the super talented, impresive artist she was anymore, and that is because of releasing ugly, cheap stuff like this, like it or not. The good news  is that she is doing that even that album of hers  you liked the least before, now you think is the classiest thing ever done and a gem, comparing to these later remixes and videos.

I personally think it's ridiculous to say that old age can't wear some clothes, can't do some hairstyles, can't do some things. That's bull shit. No matter how old you are, you can do whatever you want. 
But whether it really suits you is a completely different level of question.
That's Madonna's problem in recent years and what many rational fans point out is not that she shouldn't do it just because she's old, but whether she's really pulling it off and raising reasonable doubts about whether it looks good on her.

But that wouldn’t be her success, it would be M piggybacking. She’s done more than enough of that this last few years imo. I’d rather she just go back to what used to be so effortless for her - making amazing music.

I'd just like to point out that the decrepit part of her fan base is the one that supported her for 40 years from the Beginning , when today's fan base didn't even know who she was.

This response is a large part of the problem for the  LGBTQ community.  Pride is not about merely having fun.  LGBTQ people are being attacked legisilatively, socially, religiously, spiritually and physically, all the while, too many of us just wanna have fun.  While entire states like Florida want to remove any trace or support of the LGBTQ community, we wanna lay back and essentially give up.  While Trans people are used for fodder,  too many people want to turn a blind eye.  Individuals and businesses are litterally  weaponizing our government against us to avoid recognizing our personhood and families but we choose to ride naked on parade floats rather than uniting against our common enemy.  People forget how much work that the LGBTQ community and its' allies have done.  Pride is not about drugs, drinking and debaucery.  It is about a community gathering against tyranny and abuse.  It is about equality and due process.  It is about ending bullying and all other forms of violence against LGBTQ people and their community.  And more recently, it is about breaking down racial barriers and prejudices within our own community.  Pride is about conquering our demons and moving forward.  Madonna has been a strong ally and allowed herself to be a punching bag for our cause.  She has witnessed our lives, our setbacks, our triumphs, our tears and even our deaths.  I am so tired of people wanting her to fiddle away like Nero while our cities are burning.  Including a message will not end our fun.

I usually refer to the Ritchie period as the "straight" and unglamorous years. From the punchy GHV2 as title of her second collection to Hard Candy, her work seemed to rotate around stereotypes fetishized by straight men like Patty Hearst, the electric guitar playing vixen, the floral-print wearing housewife, the John Travolta strut, the pint drinking jokester, the Britney/Xtina kisser, the bagpipes, the wifebeater tops with brawny arms ... always gave me the impression she was trying to study the machismo behind what her husband was "inspired" by and this seemed to influence her work or manifestations to keep him interested in her. 
There were lots of gems in between all of this for me like the WIFLFAG video, the American Life acoustic promo (HMV), Remixed & Revisited, all the tours, the equestrian fashion, Erotica/You Thrill Me--but then again, I like everything she does musically over time.
Stuart Price/Angela Becker seemed to bring back an element of elegance in Madonna's expression--but I often wondered if they were romantically involved at that time?! Maybe this is why they have not worked together since? 
4 Minutes was such a hard end to all of this.
