No one expects Causing a Commotion style numbers. Drowned World didn't have them and the three of them still worked well together. Confessions didn't have that style of number and if Niki had been there it would have worked. Rain is one of the more memorable moments from the trio and all they did was sit on stools and sing.
Also Move on? How long has Jaime King and Kevin Antunes been involved in her tours? King has been with her for 20 years and is back again and Antunes was with her at least 15.
Now Stuart Price is coming back on board, I don't think bringing Niki and Donna back would be some big step back for her, especially considering this is a celebration of her musical career that they were both a big part of for many years.

What a loss it is not to have them in The Celebration tour. Not only for the iconic meaning but also cause their voices mixed with Madonna's voice gives instantly the classic and timeless Madonna live sound. 

I'm personally happy they changed the hair . the Marlene Dietrich look in my opinion does not suite her. I love how it turned out in the end.

PROUD:
1. The interview she gave for French TV as part of Rebel Heart PR. So smart, so on point, so relevant and real. I wish there was more of this (also by other artists).
2. The whole Evita movie and soundtrack. Pure excellence.
3. The Ray of Light album and era. Spiritual Madonna said awesome things.
4. The way she handled the Malawi adoption controversy. That must have been hell.
5. Rocking my world and the media during the Like a Prayer/Blonde Ambition era. Testament of a true pop icon with balls.
6. SEX. And the whole era. It did change how people thought of and talked about fetishes etc.
7. Constantly surprising her audience for the majority of her career
 

NOT PROUD:
1. Drake (I don't care about her age. It's about Drake. Such a disgusting guy. Yuck.)
2. Her being on Instagram/Snapchat (Star mystery? Gone!)
3. Listening to her kids (or Guy) when it comes to who she should work with (Duh!)
4. Working with Miley and Britney

( I totally cried ) 7 Malawi.     I was most disappointed with M when.... 1 The use of Guns during the "MDNA" tour. ( Yes I'm very aware she used guns on other projects I just felt it was way overdone.) 2 Always apologizing on instgram. 3 The Molly comment. 4 The Drake kiss. 5 Always blowing smoke always up Kanye ass. 6 Not releasing the original "American Life" video.( Although I totally understand it was a scary time and she had kids to worry about. i honestly dont see how jstevens is a "troll", how quickly some people are to label others and resort to childish name calling. Calm the F down. I am also more inclined to believe a "nobody" (yawn! Are YOU that important?), with a cunty yet spontaneous reaction, than a paid publicist with decades experience of damage control for one of the biggest stars in history releasing a press statement days after the fact, mentioning her "generous donations" in passing as if thats relevant at all to this.Either way, its irrelevant.

To answer you Yes I whole heartedly believe what a total stranger sitting in the crowd that night tweeted is true before anything Liz on the offence comments on. 'That time you want to smack #Madonna upside the head for texting during the best show I've ever seen.' and yet almost at the same time Lin-Manuel Miranda's tweet goes out " Tonight was the first time I asked stage management NOT to allow a celebrity(who was texting all through Act 2) backstage". Buy the way, he did use the word celebrity and M was the only celebrity there that night. Do your homework, look it up. Also did you notice how Liz say's "she only texted Post show" (nice cover up) and made it a point to point out "she made a generous donation" ( She Swept that under the carpet beautifully ) Personally I think its rude but it really makes no difference in my life. But I wonder can you Tell me why would a complete stranger in the audience go after M? What's her motive? Oh yea, let's not forget M's a repeat offender. She's done it before. I don't have blinders on. I'm not walking blindly my eyes are wide open. Again you can like and be someone's fan but not love everything they do.    When it comes down to childish word calling im done. lets just say we agree to disagree.

Times I've been proud of Madonna...
 
- The way she managed the whole Playboy and Penthouse thing back in 1985.
- The Immaculate Collection, such an amazing look she had on the back sleeve of the record and what a perfect collection of songs
- The way her voice was recorded in Evita, she never sounded so good before!
- When she started doing acoustic segments during her shows, she should never stop! They're all mind-blowing!
- How content she was when promoting her W.E. movie, she's such a passionate woman!
- When I read about her Malawi project and the schools in Pakistan and Afghanistan.
 
Times I've been disappointed with Madonna...
 
- Girl, you seriously should have taken uninterrupted singing lessons
- Her boring attempt to convince us that she doesn't like to repeat herself.
- The almost uninspired video releases, her DVDs should contain tons of goodies!
- Her selfishness regarding the unreleased material...
- What about that Drake kiss?
