I'd be inclined to call this the best album since Ray of Light but hey, I'm on my first listen. In time I can see this becoming my favourite Madonna album. It's mature but it's got silly songs too, and humour, and anger, and tenderness. It's a beautiful piece of work.

Writing about sex can make incredible music, Erotica is one of her best albums. But as luckystar said, this time she just didn't even try. I like SEX but the lyrics are awful. Holy Water is slightly better but it's still nothing spectacular.

Yes! And I hate when they split interviews over weeks. Hopefully when part 2 airs someone will edit the segments together.

I think they connect because Ghosttown is her saying 'when it all falls down' she wants him (or her for that matter) to be with her when the disaster - whatever that may be - happens, then in Hold Tight, well it's pretty self explanatory from the title: the disaster is happening and she's telling him to hold on to her. He then betrays her and Heartbreak City happens.
 
I'd like to see her make a short film with these three, or at least dedicate an act of the tour to them.

Most likely. Excited to see more, it's shaping up to be one of her best shoots in years.

I'm good with them too. I used to hate Holy Water but I've warmed to it and knowing Ye has done new production makes my heart sing. Is that also the one that samples an older classic? I hope for JML (or Deeper and Deeper if it's a fan classic).
 
Body Shop on the other hand is really underrated. I understand how the production may be off-putting and the lyrics may be silly on the surface, but it's touching if you think about it. She's basically saying that even she is insecure about her body and as she gets older she feels more vulnerable to the eyes of her lover(s).

I'd love Body Shop and Holy Water or S.E.X. since fans seem to be most disappointed by the inclusion of these. I'm sure the finals will be incredible so it might shut up the naysayers.
