This is a show for people who GET HER and for herself, of course. She said fuck the locals who want Material Girl, I'm going to celebrate myself with people who love me.

I mean, her children being part of the show at key moments, the tributes to the people she lost to AIDS, her mother, her rebellious relationship with the church and figures of power. These are the main ingredients of what makes Madonna an artist and people who don't understand this will never understand her. Let them complain about not knowing many songs... It's 2023, Madonna is not going to kiss the ass of people who still don't understand her.

If you want the poppy, feel-good hits to go to Las Vegas, there are plenty of girls doing it there!

So proud of Madonna. This is monumental for her, after almost dying 4 months ago to delivering an incredible collection of songs! 

Some people seem to believe she really is not human.
I mean at 65 like this and being able to put on such a huge and energetic show (yes some small details could and still can be emproved)

I could care less if @Dazedmadonnais wrong or right(and I’m pretty sure it’s the latter),he and this team made this journey til today a blast and worked tirelessly at promoting Madonna. Please if you want kindness and respect from others, be kind and grateful back. And wanting more and more and more is not cool either especially knowing a person can only tease so much. Just be happy with any teasers for what’s been able to be released. Think about it before you press the “submit reply” button again. It’s a Madonna Holiday. Now let’s dance!

I hear Lady Gaga blocked the rights for her to sing Express Yourself. 
 

Guys i really think the show will blow everyone's mind. I think it's gonna be a mix of a theatrical and musical biopic in a huge nightclub dancefloor as well as a fashion show of her legendary costumes with her hits mixed and mashed on a giant sound system. The show is gonna be a totally new experience, just like the Blond Ambition re-defined the codes of live pop concerts 33 years ago.

Was it damage control by Warner really? I remember reading some reviews saying the album didn't have obvious singles apart from "Deeper" and I somehow agree. It's a great album but didn't have the obvious commercial super smashes the previous ones had.
The 2nd single was supposed to be "Bad Girl" with a super sexually charged video, but "Deeper And Deeper" was rush released after the initial backlash of the album release and the book. They needed old pop commercial Madonna back in full mode... yet she chose to do a super arty video for it.

The question shouldn’t be “what happened,” the question should be why were they ever friends in the first place?

Things happen, relationships evolve. Maybe they just grew apart or maybe something happened. It's life after all.

She's still friends with Debi as well as Rosie. Besides, how many of us have friends they've kept for more than 2 decades? It's a rare thing, even if you're not a celebrity. 

I hope she knows that some people grew up with "confessions era" and Get Together is one of her best songs from 2000's. 

She is, she just doesn't brag about it anymore. 

Please stop bitching the S&S Tour. It was great. La isla bonita wasn't exactly the same than in Live Earth and Ray of light was different too. 
OK, Music, Candy Shop, 4 Minutes and Miles Away were very similar to the promo tour. But it was the same for the Confessions Tour and the album promo and nobody cared in 2006.
