I'm gonna miss her speeches so much:
Some fans say they're all very somber when she goes there but we shouldn't underestimate the importance DEATH has had in her life... literally her show is full of dead people... and yet she's still here. She's the result of losing her mother, of losing her friends in the 80s, of losing each one of her peers through the years...
Also, I read this interpretation yesterday on PopJustice about the "Bedtime Story/Ray Of Light/Rain" part, and while I'm not sure if I agree completely, made me think:
After watching the full show like a thousand times, something has clicked with me regarding the second half of the show. It always felt strange how well-represented her 80s, 90s and 00s life is and how there is a lack of focus on the 2010s and 20s, musically too, but mostly narrative-wise. But something in her recent, more sombre speeches made me realise that it's not about these decades, it is simply not about post-2000, it is about post-1996.

She doesn't define herself by any other means than being a mother. I still remember how the fact sheet came out before the tour and we learned about the "time capsule" that would represent the past, the present and the future too, which should be the Bedtime Story / Ray of Light / Rain act. But she doesn't have a future. Her only future is death - a loss of words and consciousness for good, becoming nothing more than a transcendental idea floating in space, and finally feeling her own mother's love coming down like rain. (Add the Virgin / Billie Jean mashup about the public's perception of the two being the king and queen of pop and being finally at the same place - not in heaven, but in people's consciousness as the two greatest in pop music being gone.)

If anything, the 00s act doesn't represent a past point in her life. Motherhood is her present and if she can fulfil that role for as long as she can, she doesn't have to accomplish anything else in her life. And to think this is her show, her narrative, and she's just survived a huge health scare, she must be hurt being reminded of this every night for the last few months. Be right back, I'm crying.

But she's not really repeating such lines every ten minutes.  In fact, I don't believe she's really said "are you with me?" that much this tour.  This time, her speeches are centered around her 40 year career. They are on point and she has every right to share her story. That's the point of the tour.  You may have heard them upteen times on videos, but most people attending these shows are only hearing them for the first time.

So last night was incredible. It was my final show of the tour and I saw it from the Danceteria Pit. Today I'm very nostalgic, a little sad, and so so grateful! I'm going to miss this tour so much!! 
She was super chatty last night! At one point I looked over to other people in the pit and said, "I can't tell if she's in a good mood or a bad mood!" And to that somebody said, "She's in a Madonna mood!" lmao. 
She did mention being tired, but you couldn't tell. She sounded great and her energy was spot-on.

She's still in a good shape and from what i've seen at the latest florida shows, her movements have even improved these past few weeks. I'm begging everyone to stop acting like she's senile and focus on how great she's actually doing on this tour. 

We have tons of local artists and international ones that keep touring in their 70s and 80s 
What’s with the fans especially the fans that keep saying “is this her last tour?” When she has been adamant about not retiring… 
it is puzzling 🧐 

I remember being nervous the tour would be rescheduled again or cancelled as we got closer to opening night, I'm so glad I was wrong

Sitting studying videos of her shows and worrying about her "reactions" each night really is not healthy.

God forbid she can be human and not a robot and be out of cue arriving to the piano ahead of time for the first time in this tour. And immediately saying sorry to Mercy after.
Lucky you didn't see in the past how many times she's missed some step on the "Papa Don't Preach" bed scene cause again, she's not a robot and every show is a different show and will have its own particularities. With her and everyone else.
The "Human Nature" exact point in your video is always like that on every show, it's an act: she's arrested by the police and she insults them. She even spits on them sometimes.
It's a SHOW.
Honestly. It's like some of you are expecting drama or something very bad to happen, when she's championing this tour so far like the 40+ years professional she is.
Let go of the drama. There's no drama, just a professional artist making everything she can to finish a tour and offer the best for her audiences.

Its not fair to judge her and call her a rude & horrible person just bc of one incident at her show. We all have limits for our patience and its not like she's acting this way at all of her shows. This woman almost died last year so of course she's scared of any threats to her health. 

Has she? I've seen heaps of collaborators who've only had good things to say about working with her. I've seen the repeated statements that the folk who work on and dance on her tour are the best paid in the business. And as for interactions with fans, I actually met her in 2019 and she was fabulous. Perhaps she is a horrible person but neither you or I have any way of knowing it, and it's a pretty extreme statement to make for no real purpose and very swiftly just becomes that self-aggrandising 'oh I'm an honest fan who tells it like it is, not a loon stan!' thing that has very little to do with the artist whatsoever. 
The folk who were there who've posted seem to have overwhelmingly had a great time and the one review from a Miami newspaper I've seen so far was very positive. This will be forgotten about by everyone except us hardcore stans, akin to when the London Palladium dropped its curtain.

Im allready tired after a 40/45 work week and im 40... I would be dead if I had to work what she's working... So proud of her 💪

Some of y'all do too much, honestly. She sounds fine here. Not OMG AMAZING, but not nearly as terrible as all that. Come on now.

Exactly, she sounds a bit tired but far from horrible. Some people are a bit TOO dramatic... 🙄

I've did some research on how the Rolling Stones concert was built and how the New Year's Eve stage is set up every year.

now that everything is 100% confirmed I can only start imagining how are they going to make the stage bigger... my stage designer brain is already thinking of a thousand variations that could be implemented by her team.

I've sketched this test last year before the rumours of the Copacabana concert, thinking about a stadium leg.
Here's what I did:
Bigger LED screens behind the stage Runways are a bit more spaced between them (so more people can fit inside the pit) Removal of the "flying portal" and the side projection screens the soul of the concert would be still there, just a few moments would need to be re-coreographed.

Why?
This is Christmas for Madonna fans! Mexico fans have 5 dates of tour, she's gonna be there for more than a week. Why should they be sad? 🤔

Madonna was like, I don't get out of bed for less then 1 Billion -

I always find it fascinating when some fans state without a doubt that she has not recorded this or that, i mean who knew she had been recording a track with The Weekend ? No one. Who knew she had been filming a video for the track ? No one. Who knew she had recorded a track with Sam Smith ? No one. Who knew she had recorded Champagne Rosé ? No one. Who knew she had recorded three poems for Christine and the queens ??? No one. Who knew she had recorded Material Gworllll ??? No one... All of these were a total surprise for everyone. We cannot state that she has not recorded something. Just because the usual insiders are not aware of something doesn't mean it don't exist, it's just that she kept it secret. I'm not saying she has a new album ready to drop after the tour, i'm just saying she could have one and no insider fan would be aware of it.
